Whispers feeling the hallways as I walked to my first class the aftermath of my outburst at the party left rumors everywhere, "Great!" I let out a sigh, throwing my hand up,

The prying eyes, and head turns the whispers where the hardest ones to miss but it was only going to last for a while that I could tell.

"It's really weird to adjust to terms around here" I heard Aeryn comment as he leaning back into his wheelchair he tilted his to eat h my face, he could sense my discomfort I sent him a small smile nodding my head at his remark ,

"Yeah honestly we are already here for at least a week and everything is still foreign and different" looking back down he hummed giving me a slight head nod,

"I'll drop you of with Ciara and I'll be off with Tiana we have different classes today" I said to him as I got closer to the girls room, " What are you doing in our dorm? "

I heard a voice call behind me as I passed , " Ignore her" Aeryn said under his breath, but I'm pretty sure that with the super heightened hearings everyone within a 10 minute radius heard that, following his advice I continued walking towards Tiana's room

"Hey!" I heard the voice go off again, it was an annoying sound, high pitched, made other wolves around me hiss,

"Leave them the fuck alone and mind your business you know the are headed to Tiana's" A voice yelled from his room, there was a few echoes of people accepting what he said, ignoring the whole drama I increased my pace a little more.

Feeling my back against the wall as I heard a little crack, I choked out blood as I felt claw grasped my neck, growing the girl move closer to my face, "I am a freaking royal, and I suggest you respect me or I'll put you in your place"

Growling I heard Aeryn's voice in my head, "Let it go" Snapping my head over to him, he sent me a smile he was lying on the floor he fell of his wheelchair when she attacked me, "You lots are pathetic, I told my dad they should just allow any low life to take this exam"

She squeezed my neck applying more pressure than before," And you sick fuck of a brother who can't even walk, can your duo get anymore pathetic"

She is dead.

Grabbing her hand as I dug my claw into her skin holding them in place, I felt the rage she tried to free herself from my hold tugging, digging my claws even further she let out a growl and a whimper.

" You should learn to shut your mouth royal it will get you killed love" The echoes of demon filled the walls, I felt her blood fill my palm and my nose the bloodlust drive tripled all I saw was red and the fear radiating off her was fueled my hunger,

" Averill get your self under fucking control" I heard Aeryn's voice boom out loud,. falling back against the wall, I let her go looking back at my brother, " I'm sorry"

I whispered as she fell to the floor, he blood forming a trail as she healed, fast healer I noticed, " I'm Averill and I hate when you talk trash about my brother" My voice was back to normal and calm, as I walked to my brother to help him back on his wheelchair.

" I'm Ashley" Nodding I continued walking back to Tiana's room, "I'll meet you halfway" I heard her voice in my head, "Tiana said she'll meet us halfway"

is she just gonna act like she didn't have the echoes.

The murmurs continued as we walked down the hall to Tiana's room, "I'm a bit starving so can the ride go any faster" Aeryn mocked tapped the hand of the wheelchair, giggling at his action I threatened to push him off the wheelchair.

"Oh shit my life just flashed right before my eyes" he mocked,

"I thought I was going to kill her" I left my words hanging as we approached the figures of Tiana and Ciara, "I trust you can't kill someone sis don't be too hard on yourself"

But I could.

I let my words ring in my head relieving the event of that night, blocking my thoughts was now a simple and easy task, I was getting used to this lifestyle I just need to get the hang of when my wolf can be free, Tiana said the seal I had on mine is broken yet, if it was I would here her voice in my head.

"That would be cool" I said my thoughts out loud "

" what will" Aeryn asked as he smiled towards Ciara who returned the smile, "good morning guys" Tiana said with a yawn, you could see the sleep creases on her clothes.

"Did you really go back to sleep?" I asked in disbelief feel Ciara grab my brother from me, they were in a conversation of there own, blocking out there voice my body was adjust to being a wolf as the hold on the seal cracked I could heard sounds and seee thing like a colony of ant just above the ceiling.

I could here the crickets in the wood s outsides without trying hard or straining my ears I also had a fit of super strength this morning when I got mad and I punch the walls of her bathroom I left a really big dent in it.

I made a mental note to myself to see Alpha Lawrence after the end of today's classes, "Today I'm going to show you around and introduce to people you can piss of and people you can't, oh and good thing putting Ash in her place"

Tiana's remarkable trait of saying a lot of sentence in one breath will never cease to amaze me sending her a smirk as I took whatever compliment she sent my way, She cracked into a smile as I waved bye to Lucas.

"What classes do we have today" I bounced on my tippy toes, I can't believe I am actually getting excited, "Wow well this is a positive vibe, we have a class with the super hot teacher Mr Arthur, he was a three time warrior in the wars against demon, killed his first demon when he was 15 like the fuck ,man's a living legends and he is just 52,m and he also had like this badass control skills over his wolves even , sadly he swore of girls since his mate died"

Tiana rushed out so fast in a squeal all I got was a few words, " Slow down girl, Damn mate died that must have been a real drag, and wait did you just say 52, damn why they be looking so young? "

She sent me a confused look, " We the wolves in the North stop aging at 21, prior to the time we find our mates I honestly can't wait" Here comes the squealing I swear if I didn't love this girl I'll kill her with the amount of sounds she makes.

"So in a few years I get to meet a soulmate " I let my words hanging that is a stone I want to leave untouched, "What does he take us"

I killed the conversation before Tiana finds a reason to want to keep it going, "For the newly admitted he takes us lessons on control and speed, I think for the main students he tasked them defense or something my brothers are too much of a dick to tell all I want to know"

Nodding In affirmation I really needed this class my control is always all over the place, I I would have killed a girl today if I wasn't careful"

Walking out of the dormitories, " You wanna run, his classes is in an open field " Nodding as I g. got ready she took my moment of pause to jump forward giving herself a head start following behind her with full speed letting my body loose I caught up with her in no time leaving her behind.

"Hey!" I heard her yell at me, reducing my speed a bit so she could be in front and lead the way we moved through the woods, bursting out in the open they were other students waiting on the field,

It was just a clear grass mowed to perfection surrounded by trees an extreme thick bushes, "There's your" I was about to say crush out loud when Tiana clamped my mouth shut colour drained from her eyes in embarrassment a little blush tainted her cheeks.

" He can hear you" She spoke in a fierce whisper,

"Oh shit" sending her an apologetic smile looking up at Gamma Arthur he had a smirk on his face, looking in our direction he motioned for us to come forward...
