Chapter 21 Hunger Strike

Emma wanted to laugh at his reaction and silently thought in her heart. "Is this the idea that my son had mentioned? They will go on a hunger strike to threaten their Daddy? He even involved his sister."

"I'll call them later and ask them to have dinner, and remind them to behave. I have something to do tonight, so I won't be back," Emma answered calmly as if the issue at hand was too trivial.

"They are already sleeping, don't wake them up. Listen, Emma Wilson! If it weren't for the children's threat, I wouldn't have brought you back. Now, you better tell me where you are!" Now, it was evident how furious Liam was. He couldn’t control himself anymore and shouted over the phone.

‘How dare this woman be arrogant towards me?’ he thought to himself as his hold on the phone tightened.

"I'm not going back. If you think you can't take care of them, I'll move out and take them with me first thing tomorrow."
