A thunderstorm currently covered the entire island making it difficult for warriors to take missions. As a result the south station was completely full. Seeing this Kai decided to stay in his room for a little while.

This room was rented by Kai after his first mission, lots of warriors did this. Since lots of them did missions for weeks.

He was currently in the system shop.

"Let's see what type of stuff I can get from here" he said as entered the shop.

He was met with three sections:

Breathing Techniques

Equipment

"I have enough skills for now, I can also manage with this breathing technique. I think I should check out the equipment" he thought and the section opened.

In the system window lots of equipment appeared and all of them were beast gear. The cheapest one was 5,000 gold. Kai frowned upon seeing that he only had the sudden quest for gold. He had a bit more gold before but he had no idea where it went.

"I only got 25,000 gold, so I have to be careful if I buy something. It should be something that can help me" Kai thought.

But when he was scrolling down something caught his eyes.

"20,000 Gold" Kai shouted in surprise.

He thought this item could increase his Mythic, but the amount of gold was just stupid. He decided to go visit the blacksmith before he decided anything else.

Upon arriving rain poured down yet the blacksmith didn't stop working. Eve was working hard but she stopped to take a break.

He approached her and smiled at her before he asked. "Hey Eve I was wondering if it is possible to get beast gear that can increase your magic?"

This comment made Eve widen her eyes but it soon turned into a frown. "No, there is no beast gear that can boost your magic, they only boost your physical attributes" when she said that Eve saw Kai frowned.

"Although they're rumors that Titan Tiers Beast can give you that type of Item" she said.

But Kai had different thoughts. "Maybe, this is from a high tier creature that hasn't been discovered or doesn't exist in this world?" He thought.

The origins of Mythic was from a meteor from outer space so was it really a stretch that it came from another planet or something like that?

"The voice that I heard and the figure I saw had an ancient feeling to it. One thing is clear, there are more beasts that people don't know about" Kai said.

After that he asked about his gear, but he was told that it would take one more day. Kai then thanked Eve for everything and headed to his room again.

When he equipped it he widened his eyes, as the mythic got absorbed into his body. Even the people around him felt the sudden raise in power.

"This Item will give me an edge against people and no my Mythic can be compared to that of a mid A rank" He said arriving at his room.

"Tomorrow I'll take another mission," Kai said.

Meanwhile in the North Station

Cain had arrived and was receiving introductions on his next mission. An explanation to the center of the island to confirm the power of the creature he saw.

It was a pretty big team and the head of the attack force was a mid SS rank woman. Who had a lion's head crest on the back of her armor. She had brown straight hair with green eyes. Her athletic build drew the attention of every man and woman that saw her. This woman was called Tera Smith

After a quick briefing they headed towards the center on the island. This time it was easier for Cain to arrive with the big group of people. Even though it was easier it took them about a week.

In this short time Tera had refused to help with any incoming beast unless she saw the beast was too strong to deal with. Some were displeased with her but no one dared to say something about her behavior.

Everything changed the day they arrived at the center of the island. When the group felt the power that Cain described in his report some thought that he underestimated the power.

Cain himself was stunned by the change in power. "Why is it this strong now? It was clearly at demon tier before but now it is even stronger" Cain said.

But this didn't stopTera from continuing; it was clear that she was going to continue this mission.

Tera stopped right at the edge of the massive hole and looked down. Seeing the giant four roots connected deep inside the hole. She decided to climb down and the rest followed behind her.

Meanwhile deep inside the hole

A cocoon of translucent purplish energy could be seen pulsating. Inside the cocoon a human figure could be seen, the hand of the figure could be seen twitching a little. As if it was starting to awake from a deep slumber.

Suddenly the figure opened its eyes revealing purple glowing eyes. His body started to move as if it was trying to get out of the cocoon. The beasts around the cocoon coward in fear of the power emanating from the moving cocoon making them run away.
