I looked at Shizue by my side happily engaging with kids and Hinata following silently behind and decided to tell them 'Yukki's dead' through thought communication. Shizue's smile was gone but let out a sigh, somewhat disheartened while delving to into her own thoughts, possibly reminiscing their times together at the beginning as her student. As we walked, I gently reached out and intertwined my fingers with hers, holding her hand by my side, feeling the warmth and connection with each step. Then I noticed Hinata with no change of face whatsoever. What a stoic face, may be that's a mask for her true feelings. I instructed them to keep this for themself and not divulge.

Anyway Yukki Kagurazaka's sudden disappearance, along with the subsequent events involving his secretary,Kagali and the clown troupes going into hiding, and the deaths of Cerebus members Damrada and the one codenamed "Lover," created a significant turmoil.

The sudden disappearance and possible assassination of key figures prompted an immediate security overhaul. Special task force to investigate Yukki's disappearance got no lead even after scrutinizing his recent activities, associates, and any potential enemies.

Leadership Crisis and disarray in Cerebus. With Yukki, Damrada, and "Lover" gone, Cerebus is in disarray. Remaining members likely struggle to reorganize and establish a new chain of command.Surviving Cerebus members gone into hiding to avoid further attacks. They adopted a low profile while regrouping and reassessing their situation.

Granbell and Mariabell decided to keep more caution and revise their plans to confront demon lord Rimuru Tempest and Tempest federation.

Demonlords didn't release any information except Leon who informed Sarion's Empress who he has a student relation with.

Yukki was under eastern empire's notice and his disappearance along with Damrada also, informed the kingdom about the power dynamics at play at West without them knowing.

Tempest and Demon lord Rimuru was at suspicion first. In the aftermath, Rimuru's initial suspicion faded, thanks to Tempest's influence. Initially regarded with cautious scrutiny as the Demon Lord Rimuru, his public demeanor, conduct, and notable alliances with humans gradually dispelled any lingering doubts. His consistently benevolent actions and the anticipated power threshold post-Demon Lord transformation served as resounding testament to his alignment with harmony and cooperation, solidifying his standing in the eyes of the populace. This was further exemplified by his strategic decisions, such as refraining from engaging in conflict with Hinata and instead opting for a truce during the Sages attack at Tempest, as well as displaying restraint and tactical retreat during the initial confrontation with Hinata. These actions minimized suspicion surrounding the circumstances of Yukki's demise, reinforcing Rimuru's reputation while not getting into attention of major players except Demonlords.

Meanwhile, I brought mjyornmiles to tempest to manage funds and to promote him to future finance minister, if all things go well.

I sent invitations to Elalude Grimwald, father of Ellen and elmesia el ru sarion, empress of sarion and the cousin of Ellen. Dwarf king Gazel, Bluemund King, fuze kun, Youm, grucius, Milim, karrion, Frey, Free Guild representative and rest of the demon lords I am familiar with.

I don't plan to facilitate adventures exploration of Labyrinth, I informed this could be facilitated on future to Ramiris and Veldora, but currently the usefulness of Labyrinth could be used as a tactical advantage over enemy forces to assist us in the coming Eastern Empire's war. We also managed to develop Argos physics magic to remotely monitor the entirety of Jura Forest and Surroundings. I also acquired control of labyrinth from Ramiris inexchange for some special edition mangas and I was truly shocked by the information one need to process to manipulate such a large labyrinth since I am doing this myself but it's not difficult for the current Manas myself. She was very proud, when I decided to appreciate her about this.

Ramiris managed to bring forth the entire town and residents into the labyrinth and allocate them efficiently inside during one of the escape drills I conducted. I also efficiently placed our forces including zegion, Apito, Adalman and forces, dragons that milim helped gather inexchange for a jar of honey, and our attack forces including Shion, Benimaru, Diabolo .

Diabolo went to gather the other primordials after the falmuth incident involving lumineries.

I specifically asked him to only bring Primordials and 5 of their capable subordinates amounting to a total of 20 members, if they are willing to work for me.

So it's been a week since then and he brought back as ordered.

Before they began to bicker and fight me I decided to give them a permanent bodies with homonucleus for them to contain. They gratefully accepted and the 3 primordials went on a fight with me. I decided to form a domain as they start to gather magicules and release. It went 'pufff' like a blown off candle after they release it.

They were appaled but started to engage in physical and spiritual attack on me. I could have manipulated any sort of energy manipulation within the domain, but I chose to fight them while ordering ciel to confront spiritual attack. I used minimal forces and movement to redirect any attack coming after me back to them like a martial arts guru. I lowered by thought acceleration to similar to them to fight. I nullified any damage to the ground or surrounding, so it seemed like a one sided beat down on demons like elementary kids were taken care of by an adult.

After a few 10s of minute I was bored so, I decided to withdraw the limitation placed on releasing the magic, so each of them blanc, yellow and Violet started to release magic

Gravity magic, nuclear magic and even poison were thrown at me. I decided to redirect their attack back to them by stealing their control of their own attack magicules and I repeated the same for some time, it was funny.

The they ganged to release at me close range. I absorbed all of it by Azathoth and I knocked them unconscious before literally nullified their abilities and magic.They were very weak and was a new experience for them.

After they wake up, they submitted to me along with their subordinates who were given bodies just inferior to their masters, I named Primordials on spot as Testarosaa ,Carrera, and Ultima.

Named their subordinates, the next day.

Ultima and Carrera was given law enforcing authority.Testarosa was given tea making duty along with dealing with officials and their entourage. Diabolo still butler and secretary. I named their groups as black numbers and subdivisions were brought under diabolo to report. I also brought them over to Benimaru to review their abilities and train suitably within the labyrinth.

I had an official visit from, elf tribes, Tengue tribe, gozu and mezu tribes,rabbitmen tribe lizardmen tribes, scattered goblin tribes and treants and dryads.

Some of the dryads went to work with Ramiris interchangeably offcourse. Gozu and Mezu tribe were alloted a labyrinth floor.Same is the case with elf tribes.They successfully migrated to Labyrinth and Tempest. Tempest already has trade routes to all of the tribes within the jura.

The sarion tade route needed a tunnel through cosco mountains which Tengue tribe negotiated unchangeable clause of marriage with Benimaru. I convinced Alvis and Momiji to both agree to be his wives instead of a fight.

I also informed Benimaru that I planned to awaken him sooner or later and it may need him to leave a descendent as a prerequisite.

Dagruels children were here and I sensed them from my place. I sent Shion instead of yomigeari(named them as in plot and gave them perfect memory and self regeneration), the force under shion. I also advised her to beat them up if they didn't properly address us. They later joined under shions team for special training.

Masayuki titled the chosen hero began his adventure one year ago. After info from free guild, Masayuki and his team involving jinrai, jiwu and went to battle and successfully conquered the slave market and liberated the elf tribes and others present. (Rimuru didn't fully capture all the enslaved creatures back then due to this reason)

Then he heard about Yukki's Missing and didn't know what to do until someone mentioned going to jura to release them to their tribe. As such , they went to jura.

Which leads to meeting with Tempest.

I met them on street. Shizue and Hinata was with me. Since yukki's death the thought restraint placed on Masayukki and teams to follow his hidden wishes were removed and were a lot less impulsive on meeting me.

But they weren't out of chosen hero skills range so they began first by explaining the deeds of Masayukki,praising him to the sky and then began taunting that we couldn't match with them and then to outright challenging me and my subordinates. Shizue and Hinata were tensed after all this, until I conveyed the hidden skill effect and how masayuki guy is a harmless. I negated the skill effect. It mediately were apparent as they stopped their bickering and went to meet with the shops. Hinata and Shizue were outright amazed by such cheat skills. While Masayukki was looking at me like his saviour.

I invited him to a meeting with me and there were no interference from his companions as they were engaged with trying out nearby sweet shops and restaurants. In the meeting with him I get to know him and I explained my previous lives and shown him mangas and animes we are having here and he was thrilled to meet a fellow understanding man.

I gotten somewhat saddened by his situation of no battle knowledge yet having so much expectations others putting on him. It all made him extremely cautious but his skills were affecting his own actions so he was in a state of tension all time around, one mistake and you will have so much outrage from public without luck.

I proposed to alter his skills. While Ciel has plans to study about lucky and charismatic presence extra skills since they were etherial and abstract concepts. I didn't want to create any soul connection with him so I made him unconscious and devoured him using azathoth to give a skill edit.

Ciel conveniently extracted those skills from his body undergoing her study while I used all of creation aspect of ciel to appraise and analyse the unique skill chosen one, which ciel went to alter the activation circuit to enable usercontrol and inaddition to future attack prediction which he already has, I added pain resistance, physical attack resistance , spiritual attack resistance,thought acceleration and analytical appraisal, and switch (switches a lesser enemy or agreeing companion to switch places with him during combat using spatial manipulation, made by Rimuru using shub niggharth, who thought it would be convenient for a beginner fighter like him to enhance his fighting experience) as extra skills and resistances.

Unique skill chosen one as I analysed has shown these subskills, heroic presence , an aura that freezes lesser enemies, heroic compensation which gives very high luck, heroic charm which rouses who see his actions, heroic action which makes his actions as guidance for their followers unintentionally.Since he already has luck and heroic presence in the unique skill, ciel didn't bother to add the redundant extra skills like lucky and charismatic ones inexchange for adding other usefull skills to him.

After that he was spat out. He woke up soon and he found out that skill was in his control, meaning he could stop arousing others into praising him unintentionally. I also informed him of adding necessary combat skills and resistances I added for him. He was crying saying his gratitude and sworn that he will become a citizen of Tempest and aid him and so on with the heat of the moment. I didn't bother to disagree. I gave him some special coloured edition mangas and recommended him the museum and library where anime is available to him. And he went back happily meeting with his followers.

One thing to note is that by the time he was with his companions and went to library, his hair was gradually shifting from blonde to black slowly. He only noticed it after few weeks which he neglected since it didn't do anything to his abilities.

After he went back I merged those extra skills lucky and charismatic ones with my Manas as they felt cool to have without any afterthought and ciel later regrouped and merged them under subskill harbinger, newly created one with lord's presence,lord's actions and lord's charm merged with charismatic one a passive ability and lucky to Manas.

But after adding them I began to recognise some etherial change in the air around me , may be I am now lucky. But ciel reported that the skills I merged has much more to them. When I attached those skills to my Manas I didn't add the skill itself as an empty shell but as a whole which meant it had certain incomplete soul fragments which also fully merged with my nucleic root, around 40 to 50% of a full one. When I asked ciel why didn't she removed them she said I didn't ask, it won't do any bad as it is pure soul root fragments without any memory and are somehow unusually highly compatible with me, it didn't have any ego formation inside like great sage also.

Well ciel said it's okay and maybe it is. I moved on with other things. I could feel the charismatic ones working as it's a passive ability may be lucky is also working as my presence is immediately noticed by others in the room unlike even when I put on my aura and racial factor mask before.

The only reason I add this is due to the fact that I may need to address larger crowds in the coming festival and my subordinates from not noticing my unpolished acts sometime. But Rimuru doesn't know that it lead to triggering Rimuruism religion to spread further to his other subordinates slowly and severely motivated both diabolo and Adalman.

I had a private meeting with blumund king where I introduced the museum where they could show off their objects and also a view of sports cars like Lamborghini, Ferrari etc and some regular consumer cars and trams used in public roads with thought communication view as our experimental works which got him interested. Same is the case with Gazel who was next in meeting along with new consumption food imports.

Finally after a few days the festival has officially started with increased traffic along our roads from Dwargon, Blumund and farmenas a few days prior. Merchants,Nobles and adventures( due to inviting free guild officials) flown in to town. But there was no advertising for labyrinth opening unlike in the plot.
