"Good morning, Lefkowitz." Helena smiled brightly as she entered a kid's room, Jo behind her.

"Did you bring it?" The young boy asked, a tube in his nose.

Searching in her lab coat pocket, Helena handed him a small, silver device, about the size of a water bottle's cap.

"That's the whole thing?" The father asked.

"It is." The fellow nodded, explaining to Jo as she palpated the kid's abdomen. "Lefkowitz here has gastroparesis, which means he can't digest his food. He was an epic puker for a long time..." She winked at the boy playfully. "...but now her can't really eat at all. So we're gonna get him a gastric neurostimulator." She covered the boy's stomach again, after palpating it, to turn to the boy. "This little thing is gonna zap your stomach so it remembers to push the food down your system. Then your parents will just to give you burgers are fries, won't they?"

"It's amazing..." The mother exhaled.

"It is. Not for the guys at the airport x-ray, though, they're gonna go nuts."

"That's sick." The boy chuckled.

"And this is Dr. Wilson, she is going to be operating with me." Helena introduced, the intern smiling at the boy. "She's a good one, Iron Man, even for a baby surgeon."

"Hey!" Bailey called out for Callie, as Lena charted by the ortho attending at a nurses station.

At the sight of the bride, Callie started humming a wedding tune with a smile, making Miranda complain. "Don't!"

At that, the song only grew louder, Callie only giving in as Bailey started to leave. "Alright, alright, alright, I'll stop. Jeez."

Letting out a small chuckle, Helena asked. "Need anything, Bailey?"

"Yes, I do." The shorter woman announced. "When you, Callie and Arizona get to the wedding tomorrow, don't sit down."

As Helena furrow her brows, she questioned. "What do you mean, don't sit down?"

"Just find a place and stand there."

"You want us to stand in the back..? Then we won't be able to hear anything." Callie complained, the peds surgeon tilting her head.

"Stand in the damn front." Bailey shrugged.

"And block everybody's view? I mean, if were- I don't..." Callie computed, as Helena's eyes widened with realization.

"Just pick a spot, it's not complicated!" The general surgeon let out, exasperated, as Helena gasped, her expression soft.

"Callie, I think that she's-"

"You know, Torres, people allow you to open them up with a knife." Bailey started, interrupting her former intern. "If they knew you couldn't follow a simple instruction, they would run like the wind from this place."

Patting her friend's arm, with excited small and bounces, Helena told her. "She's asking us to be her bridesmaids!"

"A-are you... are you trying to say 'would you give me the honor of being my bridesmaids?'" Callie confirmed.

"Does the thing have to be about you? Just put on a dress and don't sit down." Bailey shrugged it off.

"Awww! We're bridesmaids!" Callie let out, wrapping her friend in a hug.

"Oh, see, this is what I was trying to avoid." Bailey rolled her eyes.

Helena waited as Callie left, watching with a shine in her eyes. Then, she approached Bailey, hugging the woman as she let out. "Don't fight it. Just feel the love."

They stayed like that for a moment, before Bailey let out, her hand going to the girl's head. "You were always one of the good ones."

Helena slipped out of the attending's room bathroom, straightening out her red dress, that ended right bellow her knees. With a smile, she looked up to Meredith, helping the woman put on her bracelet, as Cristina moved to help Helena with her necklace.

At the table, April put on her earrings, glancing at Jackson, who tied his tie. As for Alex, he put on his blazer in a corner.

"Sweetheart?" Mark called out from the door, making Helena look to him with a sweet smile. Walking away from her people, the short girl left to the hallway.

Grabbing Mark's tie from his hands, Helena began to put it around his neck, focusing on her task.

As she worked, Mark focused on her face, a smile growing on his lips at the half squinting look she would get when she concentrated.

"You look beautiful, Lee." He whispered.

"Yeah?" She smiled, a bit silly, as her dimples popped out.

"Yeah. Absolutely beautiful. You always do, especially in red..." Mark concluded, with a nod. "You know, at the very beginning, when we still weren't official, there was this night, this night when you were staying with me at my hotel room. And I remember I had just gotten out of the shower, the bathroom door was open. And you were reading, so you didn't notice me looking at you. You were just sitting there and reading, your hair was up and you had this look you get when you focus, when you sort of squint and your nose scrunches up just the tiniest bit. You were wearing a red t-shirt. And I remember looking at you, staring for a moment. I remember staring and thinking that I had never seen anyone as beautiful."

With a smile, Helena pressed a kiss to Mark's lips. "I love you, Mark."

"I love you, too."

At the wedding, Callie, Arizona, Meredith and Helena all sat in their red dresses, being the bridesmaids, waiting for Bailey.

"Straight to voice mail..." Helena sighed, lowering her phone from her ear.

"Uh, it's possible that I... I might have, by mistake, said that if she had any doubts she should flee..." Callie let out, glass of champagne in her hand.

"What?" Meredith let out.

"Why?" Arizona furrowed her brows.
