As Helena sat in the resident's changing room, she looked at Meredith, a disturbed look on her face as she tilted her head.

As Cristina came in, she asked. "What are we looking at?"

"Meredith put her mom in a baggy and brought her to work." Izzie told her.

Helena still hadn't gotten over her anger towards Izzie. She was mad at George too, sure, but the boy had been emotional vulnerable at the time, something the blond took advantage off. Besides, the woman didn't seem apologetic.

"I had to get her out of my closet."

"And bringing her to work is a better option?" Helena asked, her chin resting on her hand as she tilted her head at the woman.

"She was haunting me!"

"Now she's haunting us all." Alex deadpanned.

"Meredith is cleansing." Sidney Heron told them, appearing out of nowhere. "In tribal culture when one wants to cleanse the past, one cuts off all of one's hair and buries it. You might try that too." The older woman suggested.

"Ok, listen up." Callie announced, entering the room with Bailey. "Today is a holiday which means the pit will be overrun. You've got the usual drunken stupidity..."

"And they you've got Seattle's anual chainsaw pumpkin craving contest. I love this city." Bailey informed them, smiling.

"Stay on your toes, stay on top of your interns ok?" Callie finished, Helena nodding.

"So should we round before heading to the pit or...?" Izzie started.

"Yeah, you should direct your questions to Dr. Bailey, Stevens." The older woman told her, the younger residents becoming confused.

"We're directing out questions to Dr. Bailey?" Cristina asked.

"Oh, do you have a big surgery?" Helena asked, excited for her friend.

"No, not you." Callie smiled to Helena with tight lips. "Just Stevens."

At that, Helena's eyes widened a bit, the girl realizing what she meant.

"Why is Stevens directing her questions to Dr. Bailey?" Bailey asked, speaking of herself in the third person.

Callie shared a look with Helena, before speaking. "Because she's been sleeping with my husband." The room went silent for a second, the short intern's nose scrunching up at the uncomfortable situation. "Alrighty, then. Have a good day."

As Callie left the room, everyone turned to look at Izzie, who left as well.

"This is even more disturbing than your bag full of mama." Cristina commented to her people.

"Well, can't blame Callie, can you?" The brunette shrugged, pulling her hair up for the day.

"Oh, so why you were so mad at her, Lena!" Meredith realized.

"Yeah. And not were, I'm still mad. It's just... she doesn't even seem apologetic, you know? And after George cheated on me, I'm sorry, but I just can't bring myself to sympathize..." She explained, soon leaving the room too.

As Helena walked by the nurses station, she noticed Mark speaking to a couple nurses, stopping by to greet the man.

"Hi, Mark! Hi, Olivia and Anne." As she turned to the nurses, who seemed mad, her previous smile fell. "Whoa, what happened?"

"We formed a club. Nurses United Against Mark Sloan." Olivia told her.

"Nurses United against...?" Helena looked puzzled, narrowing her eyes at Mark as the nurses left.

"Apparently they compares notes and turns out my..." The man cleared his voice before continuing. " are identical."

"You... Mark Sloan, did you really sleep with so many nurses they formed a club?!" She smacked as his arm, secretly a bit hurt that Mark hadn't been exclusive.

"Whatever, they're just mad that I stopped sleeping with them." The man answered, smirking down at the girl.

"Wait, so you stopped sleeping with other people?" Helena asked, her smile becoming brighter. "Cause we never said we were exclusive or anything so I totally wouldn't hold you to it... though I happy we are." She looked up at him, trying to stop her smile from forming.

"Yes, sweetheart, we are. We're ." He said in a playful tone, though he was happy that their relationship was evolving.

Suddenly, Helena heard Derek speaking behind her, quickly turning to face the man that talked to the other attending.

"There's a kid looking for you." Derek told him, his face serious.

Popping out from behind the man, a little boy turned to Mark. "Daddy?" He asked.

At that, Helena's hand shot up to her mouth, but not before she let out a quiet. "..." ("Oh, God...")

If the resident seemed worried, the man to her left panicked. His eyebrows shot up and he became pale as ghost, quickly asking. "What?"

A few second later, Derek and the boy laughed, the man handing the child a twenty dollar bill with a compliment. "Nicely done."

Both Helena and Mark seemed to relax, the man exhaling as Helena buried her face in her hands with a giggle.

"I'll get you back for that!" Mark threatened as Derek left.

"Looking forward to it." The darker haired man laughed.

"So, you're not his kid..." Helena narrowed her eyes at the boy the attending had left behind.

"No, you're not my father. But I'm hoping you could build me some hears." The boy said.

As the three sat down in a conference room to talk, Helena looked at the kid for a while, before letting out.

"Oh, your mom works in the cafeteria, doesn't she?" The boy nodded, the girl continuing. "I knew you from somewhere." As the doctors sat down, she asked. "What's all this?"
