The Realm: Punishment

Everyone in the realm gasped when they saw Reed and Devin riding a skeleton horse and pulling their cubus cousins by their ties. Everyone looked at the two captives who were still sleeping, but because of the power of Devin's black smoke, they were standing up and walking. As the two walked, everyone was quiet and just watched. Even before they reached the palace's front, the two demons' families were waiting for them. Their parents were shocked and sorry.

"What did you do with my son?"

"Eve!"

Something was about to strike their family—an energy that sent them flying and surprised everyone. Devin turned toward Reed. He didn't see Reed doing anything to keep the two families from getting close. Reed just sat on the horse's back, and the horse kept walking. Devin frowned and looked back at the parents of the two demons they held captive.

"What do you plan for them?" Devin asked.

"What happens to those who sin?" Reed asked him back.
