11. Cat's Disappoinment
Prince Lionel looked at the cute cat as if he was asking the opinion of the animal that was currently sitting across from him staring at his confused face. He didn't know what to do now but waited for the miraculous cat's response.
"If you want to go back, it means that your journey from Zephyra to the Mystic Hermitage is completely useless. I suggest that you stay here to hone your skills so that one day you can face the enemies who are trying to bring down the Zephya kingdom."
After considering the cat's suggestion, Lionel nodded. He accepted the suggestion of the magic cat which made a lot of sense to him. His journey from the Zephyra kingdom to the mystical hermitage is not an easy journey filled with happiness. To be able to reach the hermitage, he must risk his life and when he has not received any supernatural powers it will be in vain when he returns to his palace.
Several times Lionel was silent while clenching his jaw trying to neutralize the feelings that were raging remembering how his father and stepmother had behaved. The magic cat who saw Prince Lionel's actions shook his head in rejection of the actions of the man who was considered very strong.
"If you can't control yourself, what about other people? No wonder Princess Jasmine doesn't want to come back to you right now. She chose to stay where she was until she waited for her husband to really become a mature man in making decisions."
"Princess Jasmine doesn't want to come back to me because she knows I'm still so unstable? Now tell me where she is so I can follow her. I will change my attitude and I promise not to repeat everything that has happened. Tell her I'm very sorry for everything I've done to her."
"That's enough! Don't worry too much about how and why Princess Jasmine won't come back to you now. For now try to accept your situation and improve yourself. Be a strong and wise man first before you think about finding your missing wife."
Prince Lionel was silent. He was sure that the Magical cat knew where Princess Jasmine was and this was what made Prince Lionel unable to think about the Magical cat who didn't want to help him reunite with his wife at all.
"If I'm a friend and I see you in trouble, I will definitely help you sweetie. But it turns out that you don't have the same thoughts as I do."
The cute cat turned to stare at Lionel's exhibition while narrowing its eyes. She never expected that Prince Lionel would utter his sentence as if he was accusing the Magical cat of not doing anything to help the Lion exhibition get out of its troubles.
"What do you mean by saying that sentence? Do you think that I have not wanted to help you all this time? Have I brought you to the mystical hermitage not a form of my help to you? I don't even know you at all but I've reached out my hand to get you out of a very complicated royal matter. If you don't think of it as a form of my help, it's up to you. You can think anything about me."
The Magical Cat jumped down from the long bench she was sitting on and left Prince Lionel alone. She felt very disappointed because the person who had been led to hermitage considered her to have no empathy at all for the problems she was currently facing. Prince Lionel who saw the cat get down and leave it then did the same thing that was done by such a cat. He followed the cat and chose to look for its whereabouts at this time.
"Are you mad at me, cat? I'm sorry for everything I said to you. I didn't mean to hurt you at all. What I said earlier was just an expression of my annoyance over everything you said to us but when I saw you disappear, I really felt very sorry."
There was no answer and Prince Lionel was sure that at this time the magic cat was still around him.
"Cat, please don't be angry. I never had the desire to hurt anyone. if I said something that really hurt your feelings I'm sorry please come back to me and my candle to be a brave knight."
"Prince, for now I'm farewell to pulling from your life. I hope you can determine and choose the right path so that you can help your kingdom escape the evil influence of the concubine's wife. Never give up on what you are facing right now. I'm sorry if I can't give my best. Only the best prayers for the best men."
Silence, as if there is no life around Prince Lionel. Only the wind that blows against the face of a man who is currently sad because he lost his best friend. I feel life is empty.
"Come back to me cat, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings at all. I want you to stay by my side and tell me what to do now that you just leave me. Then how can I continue my life without you?"
There is no answer and at this time Prince Lionel feels the absence of the magic cat who always guides him on his life path. Prince Lionel brushed his hair. He really couldn't control his feelings. His sadness had reached the peak and he could not neutralize the feeling.
After standing for a long time in the same place and not getting any response from the Shakti cat Prince Lionel then walked over to the lounge and sat back there while looking around. Several people seemed to enter the mystical hermitage through a side door and Prince Lionel knew that some of them were carrying some of the offerings that had just been given in the ori river. Several times Lionel's exhibition eyes narrowed. He never thought that the people around him actually prepared the best dish to give to the ruler who was considered to have caused damage to his territory.
While he was engrossed in the activities carried out by people who had just entered the mystical hermitage, suddenly someone from behind tapped him on the shoulder. Prince Lionel who was unprepared for any eventuality turned his head and he then fainted when he saw who was behind him at this moment.
"Take this man to our place and don't let them know that we just kidnapped him. He will become an asset that we can use to enrich our group!"
All the men who had just entered the hermitage nodded their heads and then approached Prince Lionel who was still unconscious in his place. They swiftly took the prince and put him in the chest they were carrying.
