Despite asking that query, Zekhyr heard clearly what Zarya had said. What he couldn't understand was how the little girl could sputter such cruelty.
The longer he thought about it, the more Zekhyr became terrified about the sudden change in Zarya's behavior. The very fact that she was exhibiting symptoms of turning into a berserk was disturbing.
He had not seen a girl as young as her shouldn't be in the process of turning into a berserk. It didn't matter how deep the trauma ran in her veins.
Her body was not equipped to handle the sufferings of a berserk. At this point, if he did nothing to prevent her transformation, Zarya would die from the pain alone.
