They got to the cottage and Alex offered her a chair well he left to get her a cup of water, when he returned he offered her the water which she accepted with a thank you, and Alex sat on another chair in the house, he looked at her as she sipped the water and wondered, never for once had he seen a lady so fair, he thought, Rose assessed him again from her cup, she was able to his eye colour due to the lit candles in the house, his eyes were light grey and attracting and she wonders how can a man be fairer than a woman?

/"May I ask you a question my Lady?/" He asked and she dropped her cup on the table while nodding

/"Of cause/" she said

/"I have heard about the beast of Avalon, can you tell me how it all started?/" He asked and she sighed

/"It was said that an innocent man was murdered and so he came back in a form of a beast to seek revenge/" she said and he looks thoughtful

/"Do they say who the man was?/" He asked
