His Reasons

"Guess I will grab you a drink, sit, let's talk." Marcus nods, he can't keep running and wondering what if. Now is his chance to find out what Ian is up to, to decide if he will run or stay for Avalyn.

"So, what is wrong Marcus?" Marcus laughs slightly at Ian's question, Ian's head shaking slightly as he laughs. "Other than me touching Avalyn." Marcus nods, glancing at his drink.

"What is your plan, Ian? You can't be happy knowing everything and letting us get away with this. What is your game and plan?" Marcus looks at him waiting. "You clearly want to gain something Ian. What is it?" Ian laughs sitting back.

"I have no plan Marcus, and there is no game." Marcus laughs, his head shaking in disbelief.

"You expect me to believe that? I kidnapped Avalyn, made her take everything, and ran from him. You really expect me to believe you don't care?" Marcus shakes his head. He has a plan and a game he has to.
