Chapter 21

Kai washes the dishes after dinner with just Bino who is upstairs to get a blanket for Yuno who is sleeping on the couch.

Bino walks into the tv room and neatly tucks her in so she is warm head to toe.

He tucks a strand of hair away so it doesn't get in he eye he's not sure if that's a thing but better safe then sorry and pecks her forehead walking into the kitchen to sit with Kai who now look like his dog died or worse.

"What's wrong?" He asks pouring himself a glass of water.

Kai takes a seat across from him and huffs, "I don't want Yuno working for Tachibana anymore." He stares at his watch, shoes, and the entire house, "All this luxury to me was free. All this was for me, not Yuno."

He rests his cheek in his palms, "Every decision she has made has been for me. She stayed at a job she doesn't like for me. I was terrible enough to talk her into staying there when she came to me because I really want to go to Roman High.
