System Bug: Heroine Forced to Marry the Villain

Why does the heroine have to marry the villain? It started just as a game, but now it's her new reality! Pandemic Year 5. Chiaki Spring is just freshly dumped from her years-long relationship. Humankind sees no future, and her working condition is miserable. She’s determined to start life anew by joining a metaverse called the Dome. Chiaki transmigrates into a strong and promiscuous heroine based on the action-adventure game she’s obsessed with. Unfortunately, System forces her to marry the villain character of the original game. Does Lance Hua put his heart into this marriage or view her as merely a tool for power? What big secret lurks underneath this scheming System? ================ Excerpt ================ "I'm not a sophisticated cook; my home cooking is so-so." "I can cook just fine." "Please split the house chores. With my guardianship duty, it's impossible for me to do the housekeeping alone." "Do you think I can't pay for cleaners?" Chiaki looked up from beneath her long lashes. "And lastly, um, don't force me in bed without my consent." The Evil Lord of the Northern region leaned closer, lowering his head until his dark irises turned blurred in her vision. "Do I even look like I want to sleep with you?" ======= This novel shares the same universe as my other novel, Taking Back This Battered World (TBTBW). Rose Dumplings

The girls lowered their heads all so suddenly, their attention was absorbed back by the task at hand. Poplar's shaky fingers tried to shape the round wrapper into submission, but it tore the side instead.

She tried again and again but the skin was now mangled into a jumbled state that couldn't even cover anything. The filling fell down to the plate with a plop sound, distracting Chiaki from her attention to the incoming lord.

Having received a glance from Chiaki, Poplar became more nervous and scared. Her fingers became wobblier and her movement jagged. She wanted to cry at the feeling of being useless in front of her lady and the lord.

But Lance Hua didn't go to the kitchen. He saw the three women there and walked to the living room.

Chiaki moved swiftly with her technique and her hands were ready to receive the coat Lance had shed.

"If my lord has time for lunch with me, I make some dumplings. Some are in the steamer already. Would you wait?"
