The knight had a mask on, a hood drawn back to reveal a black flowing hair. If I guessed correctly this knight is a female. Under her cloak there was a sword and a dagger. As the eunuch saw my eyes, he motion her to come forward. "State your name knight."

"Your Royal Highness, my name is Xue Gu."

Murmur started piling as it grew louder and louder. 'She's from the Gu family'. The Gu family was infamous for it's cruelty even though creating excellent knights and cultivators.

"Xue Gu, I take you as my "Sword"." I said, while the murmur grew louder. She looked stunned for a moment.

"I, Xue Gu, pledges my allegiance to my one and only master Yue Ruo Xuan, Her Royal Highness, the 18th Princess. I will serve you until my body is no longer here and my spirit is shattered no longer to be reborn."

As we ended the Sword ceremony, the Eunuch led us to the Imperial Weaponry. As I entered I understood why it is the best. As I looked around I spotted a dagger, with a beautiful black and gold handle. I could feel it resonating with Qi. This meant it will grow stronger while the cultivator grows.

"Xue Gu, this is for you." I said. U could see that she is baffled.

"Thank you Master."

I went out waiting for A Qi to finish looking, she came out with mother. She was holding a beautiful pink ribbon that matched her clothes.

Mother looked at us before saying, "This is the end of me accompanying you. I will meet you tonight." She gave us a hug and left.

A Qi came to my side and we started to walk to the empress palace...

Somehow we managed to arrive at the meeting place with the other princess on time. As we were rushing half running. The palaces of the Empress and the Noble Consort was on different end and each noble consort has a palace. Then we had to journey to the Beauty's palaces. Then we had to go to the prince residences where all the prince stay but it was so big and it took us three hour to finish from one side to the other. Then we had to journey all the way to the princess residences which is entirely on the other side of the palace. As we entered the room, Xue Gu and Lu Song stayed outside.

"You guys are late" someone said from across the room. That is when I realize it was the second princess.
