Chapter 8

THIRD POV

It had been three months since what happened at Baikal lake.

Stella and Isa had woke up and after a week of recorvery ,the began their training in which they finished hence being officially the members of this gang .

Athena was still yet to wake up. Her friends had been visiting her each passing day and narrated about what was she was missing she couldn't hear them.

They really missed their friend.

On the other hand ,Ice had been restless...his only way of letting the stress out was working or brutal killing his victims . He never left his office unless it was time for a missions. In those 3 months he had never went to see Athena.

Seating in his office discussing the next mission with Alex and other two men , the doors were pushed open

Lifting their heads to see who dared to disturb thier meeting,Isa was the one entering.

" I know I am sexy but that's not why I am here., Athena woke up , come on"Isa said leaving them to thier shock moment.

"As you can see we are busy."

"Whatever... I was just here to relay the news. Bye" closing the door.

" Can't we at least go and see how she is doing and we come back ?"

" she is not my problem "

" But ..."

" you can just go if you want and stop nagging me "

Alex and the two men wasted no time and ran to see Athena whilst ice was still having a battle with his inner self on whether he should go or not .

"No,I would look weak" he made a decision of not going and continued his work.

IN ATHENA'S WARD

" Oh , you scared the shit out of us,we thought you would never come back to us" Stella said worriedly

" How long has it been?"Athena said after drinking some water. She was different and she could feel it herself.

"3 months,if it were not for ice rescuing you , you would be dead,it all thanks to him" Isa said

Athena laughed and coughed.

"ICE the stone hearted guy rescuing me?,oh Isa you never changed with your jokes ,nice one" she continued

"It's true"Alex said

Athena choked on her laughter

"WHAT!?THATS IMPOSSIBLE,"

"believe it dear tigress,it is true "Alex said leaning on the door

"Whatever ,it was his fault anyway" she said looking away from them

" Oh come on Athena,be thankful" Stella said

Athena just ignored them , stood up , took the IVs ,

"What the fuck are you doing,?" Isa asked annoyed

"What does it look like,I am getting out of this place ,it smells like pills"

" But you are not strong enough to be walking around"Alex said

" WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO TELL ME I AM NOT STRONG ,SHOW ME A MACHINE THAT SHOWS MY STRENGTH!,OH WAIT YOU CANT BECAUSE THERE IS NONE...NOW DONT YOU EVER THINK OF DISPARAGING ME AND CALL ME FRAIL ONLY BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN,UNDERSTOOD ? "

Her behaviour pissed Alex off

"You better watch your mouth little girl. you are nothing compared to me .I don't fight girls let alone weak one,so I sugge-"he didn't get to finish because he had received a punch straight in the eye.

" I DARE YOU THE REPEAT THAT," she said fuming In anger. One thing she hated was called weak.

" For GOd sake Athena , you just woke up couple hours ago , you are still wea-" Isa was cut off.

"DON'T YOU DARE FINISH THAT WORD,SO NOW YOU ARE SIDING WITH THEM OVER ME?"

She yelled at her friends

"we are trying to help you Athena can't you see that .?" Isa yelled.

" You have sided with men ...you are even on his side as we speak so don't you dare tell me that bullshit ..."

"Athena we are not let you out even if it means fighting you, Alex please step out ,we can handle her" Stella said.

Alex left the room going to ice's office

"Then so be it, you want a fight ,I will give it to you" Athena said.

"You are being unreasonable here ,we are fully trained Athena, you don't stand a chance. let alone the two of us,you -" Stella couldn't finish because she was kicked hard on the stomach,she tried to slow down her cough but only to receive another on the the head.

Isa pushed Athena and punched her straight on the jaws and kneed her on the stomach

Athena spit out blood and a gave a horrifying laugh,

"now you are going to regret that, fucking backstabbers "

She charged at them . she used her instincts to fight.

They were engaged in their heated fight , trashing everything in the room

In the end both Isa and Stella were badly beaten up.. past out .. Athena was also badly beaten..

She threw a basin she that was in her hands on the floor... and left the room.

" That's for backstabbing me"

Alex and Ice made their way to the medical room .. Alex had explained to him of the situation in the medical room .

When they got there ,what they saw shocked them..

"WHERE IS SHE?" Ice asked looking at Alex,

"I never expected her to do this,she might still be inside the cave,I will tell everyone to search for her"Alex said running out of the room

Ice looked at the room , took out his phone and called Eric to examine the girls.

" How can she possibly have so much strength , when it had not been a day she woke up?" He asked himself. It was truly a mystery to him.

ATHENA 'S POV

I didn't know what was happening to me . I have always had a bad temper but not like that .It was as of I was the same person but at the same time different person. Back in the medical room,I just snapped when they didn't allow me to do as I wished. I couldn't believe that I had just fought my friends.

I came across a door that had a danger sign.. which meant that what was in the room was really dangerous. I opened the door, entered and closed the door.

" Fuck ,it had to be a snakes room,this must be the snakes pit training room that Cindy was talking about" I said to myself

I walked in after locking the damn door.

If I really wanted to be a most strong fearless woman ,I had to face my fear first .I had to look at it in the eyes and let it know who was the boss.

The pits were divided , from less dangerous to the most poisonous,with glass lids that can be opened with a controller.

I kept walking , looking down at them. The last one caught my attention,it was filled with black snake,it had a signs of danger and toxic and don't open.

I looked for a controller,saw it ,

I went up and opened number 5, hissing sounds were heard making me smile.

I climbed down the rope,and pressed the little remote liftng the rope.i pressed again and I was led above them.they Looked scary but I didn't mind since it was exactly what I wanted . I hanged looking straight them.

I wanted them to look at me ,so I spit at them ,I whistled catching their attention.

I looked at them as they kept showing their fangs. I prayed that I don't slip and fall into the pit because that will be the end of me.

ICE 'S POV

Hours had passed and we hadn't found her . Again my heart was in my throat .I was like a mad man. It wasn't like me to act like that

"Have you found her?" I asked

"No sir ,but we are still looking"

" LOOKING? LOOKING?IT HAD BEEN 6 HOURS , BETTER FIND HER OR I WILL THROW YOU ALL IN TR-4"

Someone pushed my doors open

"WHAT THE FUCK-" I was ready to scatter his brains.

"we found her sir ,she has locked herself in TR-4 ,And opened pit 5"he said trembling.

"WHAT? DONT JUST STAND THERE , GET HER OUT"I panicked but didn't let my emotions be read.

"Um sir , since it locked from inside ,it's going to be impossible without your fingerprints"

"YOU SHOULD HAVE JUST SAID SO, LET'S GO,I HOPE NONE OF THEM HAVE MADE IT OUT ,"

I ran to the room,put my hand on the scanner,it took a minute since it was locked from inside. when it opened ,I ran in.

"SHE MIGHT FALL IN , CLOSE IT NOW" I yelled running towards her

"Don't close them, not yet"she wispered,

She was totally out of her mind if she thought I was ever going to listen to her. She was on an edge of loosing consciousness but still wanted to hang on the rope.

The lid closed just in time because she lost her consciousness and fell but I caught her and held her sighing in relief.

"MAKE SURE THAT THIS ROOM CAN ONLY BE OPENED BY ME,GOT IT?"

"Y-Yes sir"

I left looking at her ,to be honest she was beautiful,I had this feeling inside me that made me want to protect her . I liked the fact that she doesn't look down at herself like most girls do...

"you are one obstinate girl,and I like it, keep being like that"I said looking at her as I made my way to my room.

" Well she needs to be returned to the medical room,her heart is still beating faintly,it's surprising that she still alive after that fight and hanging"Eric said

"Okay, speaking of a fight ,how are the girls?"I asked still looking at Athena who is laying on my bed.

"Badly beaten but no major injuries,this girl is sure something else,I wonder where she got her energy...with how long she was in coma,plus frozen brain cells and faint heartbeat..she should have even been able to raise a finger...she should have been dead by now.."he said the last part lowly but I heard it.

"What's Athena's estimated time to wake up this time ?"

" It's looks like she not in coma , just just deep sleep.I think in a week or two she will be fine..she needs to let her body rest,as for her heart I will look into it "

"Okay, you are dismissed"

After he left I looked at her beautiful face . My heart wouldn't stop racing

I walked towards her ,sat next to her , memorizing her peaceful face.

I stroked her cheek,ran my thumb on the lower lip.

" What are you doing to me little Athena?. This feeling inside me needs to be stopped. I can't let you be my weakness, that's bad for business" I said looking at her

Without thinking I leaned down pressing my lip on hers.

" WHAT THE FUCK?"

I Looked up to see Alex , atleast he was alone.

" TAKE-" breath in " take her to medical room," rubbing my temple looking away from her.

" What just happened? you were just-"

"Not another word Alex ,"

" Don't let it get to you ,I mean she is like what!18 years younger"

"Get out Alex ,and if you tell anyone about this I will personally kill you" I said giving him a I gave him an ominous look

THE SPEARS MANSION

THE UNKNOWN'S POV

" Sir , we have looked everywhere for her but we can't find her , but from my PI ,she never did an abortion. she gave birth to the twins ,a boy and a girl but weeks later she left them at different orphanages,and vanished.."the man said

I didn't say anything for a minute.

" Make sure you find both the kids and their mother. I will also ask my old friend to look into it."

"Yes sir "

" Oh Robin ...don't tell anyone."

" One more thing sir ,she gave the necklaces to the kids.... maybe to find them again " Robin said

" That bitch, those are my family necklaces. Find her before my wife 's family and my family gets to know about what I did ...go ,make sure you come back with great news or your dead"

" What should I do when I find the kids ???"

" Kill them "

" But they are your kids ..??"

" I said kill them ... better not disappoint me " he threatened

" Yes sir ..." He bowed and left

" Alice what have you done ?? You should have terminated the pregnancy but you had to be stupid and keep them. It's a Shame they will die, just like you will" he chuckled evilly and drank his whiskey
