"You are the second most impressive person I've ever met," Augusta held his thumb up in front of Ivan, of course, he said it in English.

Ivan frowned, unexpected that this gentleman from European upper-class society could use such contrasting, uncouth language amidst a public crowd.

Ivan didn't know Augusta well, but he had met him a few times and had dinner with him. He was aware of Augusta's status and educational background, so he couldn't believe those obscene words could come from his mouth.

"I mean, you are the second-best doctor I've ever met in terms of your medical illustrations," Augusta stated, noticing Ivan's displeasure, guessing he misunderstood his compliment.

Care must be taken when using slang, especially those just learned.

Dr. Ivan's frown softened, feeling quite surprised. Speaking of plastic surgery and medical drawing, he had always considered himself unbeatable, yet now he was the second-best. It intrigued him who could possibly be the first.
