Yang Ping's rented house is close by, just in the community across the hospital, reachable by crossing a pedestrian footbridge.

It's a lot cheaper to rent a house here than in downtown. Yang Ping had thought about having his parents over for a visit when he rented the place, so he rented a 3-bedroom, 2-livingroom apartment with over a hundred square meters, costing just over two grand.

Yang Ping leads the way as they step out of the elevator, with Xiao Su following behind him. He unlocks the door.

"So you live here, quite tidy!" Xiao Su comments, in a soft tone.

Yang Ping gently closes the door: "Hmm! Make yourself at home."

Yang Ping gets a pair of new female slippers from the shoe cabinet by the door and hands them to Xiao Su. They are in her size.

"Do you often have girls coming over?" Xiao Su pretends to be angry, indicating the ready-made female slippers.
