Wei Guiren's fate

Kai Syaoran lost all interest in the young man. He did not have any powerful hatred for Wei Guiren and he had nothing to gain from killing him. Kai Syaoran did not need a reason to kill but this did not mean that he went around killing people.

Kai Syaoran was the Thunder Emperor and the Thunder Emperor was Wei Guiren.
