Steward Chu

 In the northern part of the magnificent city, three families held the most power, these were the Shen, Xiang and Zheng. These three families were part of the Twelve Ruling families of the Grand Ocean Kingdom. They had taken the northern part of the city as their domain. Among these three families, the Shen were the most powerful and the Xiang were the weakest. Still, even the Xiang who were considered to be the weakest were only weak in comparison to the other noble families. When compared to other factions on Rune, the Xiang were a powerful force that could not be underestimated.
