Learning new techniques !

He began to organise his trip to the town of The Evergreen Forest after giving everything some thought.

Even if he has resources, he lacks power, therefore all of his wealth will just fuel others' greed and possibly result in his demise. He must therefore take extreme precautions in order to at least preserve his life.

He must first master the concealment technique so that, at the very least, he can disguise his cultivation and, should the necessity arise, bluff his way out of a sticky situation.

He activated "The Ghost Body Concealment" technique in the system panel. As the name implies, "The Ghost Body Concealment" technique will make his presence appear like a ghost, making it difficult for anyone who is not two huge realms higher than him to notice him. Although it was not a complete technique he still can use it till the Core Formation realm.

Yi Fan didn't first notice the symbol flashing in the bottom left corner of the screen because of his excitement, but as he was reading the technique, he noticed it. He pressed the symbol and then heard a system alert.

"Would the host want to learn the Ghost Body Concealment technique?"

"What! I can learn the method right away."

He was thrilled since he would save a lot of time and be able to use it to cultivate if he could learn it directly.

When Yi Fan realised he had to spend spirit stones to learn the technique, his excitement vanished. The system had transferred all the information to Yi Fan's mind. However, when he gave it some thought, he realised that it was still better because not all cultivation methods were simple to cultivate; some required a lot of time, and others were so difficult that even with a lot of practice, one might not be able to master the technique. As a result, using spirit stones to master a technique was a good deal, and Yi Fan was once more delighted.

Beginner, intermediate, peak, and assimilation were the four levels of mastery assigned to each technique. Assimilation occurs when a technique becomes ingrained in the user's muscle memory and becomes instinctive.

Yi Fan took a look at the cost of mastering the method, which was 2,500 spirit stones. Although 2,500 spirit stones seemed excessive, the technique used was of top quality. Still, the price was not much for Yi Fan, as he has 46,000 spirit stones after today's cleaning session.

After paying the 2,500 spirit stones, Yi Fan's mind was immediately filled with knowledge about the technique, and after the process was complete, his mind entered a unique state. When Yi Fan opened his eyes, he saw the oil lamp; although it seemed like only two hours had passed, it felt like a long time had passed to him.

In less than two hours, Yi Fan observed that he had attained beginner mastery. The fee had raised to 5,000 spirit stones at this point, but Yi Fan didn't stop and once more entered the special state. After two hours, he once more paid the required sum of 10,000 spirit stones. He had reached the peak of his technique mastery at this point, but he was unable to keep practising because the assimilation state required complete technique.

After leaving with 28,500 spirit stones, Yi Fan examined the other two techniques, one of which was a movement technique and the other was a cultivation technique. Yi Fan chose the movement method "The Wind Chaser" instead of the cultivation technique since he didn't need it right now. After spending another 17,500 spirit stones, he reached the technique's peak level of mastery.

He can now purchase the Nine Soothing Pill in the Evergreen Forest village after reaching the peak mastery of both techniques.
