111. Charge

The week is over and now it is time for the war. Every preparation has been made and all the intel of the cities has been acquired beforehand.

Alex was currently in the bathroom as he just washed his face and was looking into the mirror that had a bit of mist frozen on it.

"War, War never changes" he said as he took the towel and dried his face as he left the bathroom.

It was early in the morning and Alex had just woken up from sleep. He got dressed into a more stretchable armour and made his Golden armour appear on the body.

After it was done. He strode out of the room and walked towards the conference room to hold pre war meeting.

"Be seated". He said as he went the past everyone and sat down on the leader's chair.

Today, there were more people present in the room and it wasn't just the girls like it used to be before.

"So Gentlemen and Ladies. The war is upon us. After today, the Guard Mansion will be our hard enemies. So be prepared of this point.

Like we discussed before, I will be in charge of attacking this city while the three commanders of your will be responsible for the other city". Alex said as he leaned forward and projected the holographic map in front of everyone.

"We will sortie in an hour". Alex said as he stood up to leave the room.

"Yes Sir!" Everyone said as they stood up to salute.

Albedo and Mamako followed behind him like secretaries as soon as he stepped out of the room.

"Mamako-ka chan, tell Raikou-ka chan to secretly follow behind them just in case. I will also ask Merlin-new chan and Chiyo-new chan to keep an eye on the situation". Alex said as he gave her the instructions.

He still had to make a speech in front of the army as a sort of motivation to keep the morale high for everyone.

He got on the balcony of the castle as he looked at all the people gathered below and standing on attention.

"Attention Soldiers!

Today, we are going to wage war on those greedy City Lords. Who exploit the people with no intention to increase the relief for people.

They exploit them with no conscience at all. The Guard Mansion doesn't say anything in this regard as well.

Our Base City has been prosperous and people are happy. Children can enjoy their childhood again and have enough food to eat and we would spread this to the whole world again.

So take your aim and conquer the enemy for the future of Humanity and this world". Alex said as the Soldiers cheered from his speech.

A new fire was lit in their hearts as they heard his words. Those words touched them to the core as they also want their families to enjoy peaceful live and see the wonders of the world.

Alex nodded in satisfaction when he saw their expressions and took his leave as the Soldiers saluted behind him.

'Propaganda is a very powerful thing if used correctly'. He thought as he made his way out of the Castle's front gate.

He squatted as he stretched and warmed up a bit to start his journey. Thought it's only 200 km and it will only take a moment for him to arrive.

Alex stood up again as he finished warming up. 'Kurumi, let's go'. He thought and Kurumi appeared next to gim.

She used her power and both of them soared up into the sky. They quickly flew off into the horizon.

It didn't take them a minute and they were already on top of the Base City. Alex looked below and nodded his head.

'Merlin-nee chan, start the projection'. Alex thought as he floated straight in the sky and looked below.

In a moment, there was a giant projection of him in the sky that attracted everyone's attention immediately.

"Citizens of the Base City. Worry not, I have come to help you get rid of Guard Mansion's tyranny and provide you with ample living space.

You will not have to worry about food and clothing in these dire times". With this the projection was cut off as people started to murmur amongst each other.

Alex slowly descended from the sky as he made his way to the Guard Mansion. The Plasma Cannons were already aimed at him as he descended slowly.

The City Lord was also standing in front of the Guard Mansion as he looked at him vigilantly with no intention to back down.

"Will you surrender willingly or you want me to make your head roll". Alex said as he stood in front of the City Lord majestically.

"Who are you?" The City Lord asked.

"Now that's a stupid question if I ever heard one. I mean, it's obvious that I am an attacker". Alex looked at him with a smirk as he replied.

"Now make your choice. I don't have all day". Alex said as he waved his hand like swatting a fly.

"I'll give you the answer". The City Lord said aggressively as all the Plasma Cannons and the soldiers started attacking him.

"Uaaa, is that all?" Alex yawned loudly as he asked.

The City Lord was dumbfounded and dread filled his heart when he saw Alex's casual look after taking so many attacks like nothing ever happened.

"I warned you". Alex said as he equipped Rhitta and quickly bisected the City Lord and burned him to charcoal.

"If anyone else still has the gall to oppose me then come forward". Alex said as he glared at all the generals and soldiers on the scene.

On guy stepped forward and didn't even get to make a squeak before he burned to ashes. This made everyone gasp and back off together.

"No obejctions, good". Alex surveyed everyone again and nodded contentedly.

"Get everyone inside the conference room and lead me to it. All reports must be present in thirty minutes". Alex said as he walked inside.
