Chapter 217: Wine Restaurant

Peter Brown hoped to lead a normal life. So, even though the school principal offered to arrange a separate dormitory for him, Peter declined. He felt there was nothing wrong in living with others.

After purchasing his bedding, Peter returned to his dorm.

Upon his arrival, he noticed several parents still hanging around, chatting with each other.

Peter quickly settled his bedding.

"Being from a rural area does have its advantages, just look at your classmates. Their parents can't afford to see them off, but you've managed to get everything arranged so nicely by yourself," commented the mother of William Lee as she looked at her son.

Peter did not respond. He could hear an underlying tone of disdain for rural folk in her words. He had no words for such people with a sense of superiority.

"Enough. You should leave now. There's nothing else for you to do here," John Anderson impatiently responded to his own mother.
