Chapter 64: At Last!!

The day Lukeas went into the portal a girl wearing a white coat burst through a door with haste.

"Master!! One of the students suddenly disappeared near the borders of sector 11 just outside sector 12!!"

A man with tired face looks up. He have a few layers of dark circles under his eyes.. "Maybe that person just di-

" No! His mark didn't just fade it literally got cut off the map. It just vanished! " she even made a *pop* sound.

"Just like that! And nowhere to be seen in the entire northern continent!!" the girl said.

"So WHAT?!! ITS JUST A SINGLE BOY!! I'M FUCKING BUSY HERE!!! CANT YOU SEE???" he motioned towards 3 stacks of papers that starts from the floor up to his sitting height with fury and crazed eye.

"BUT HE VANISHED RIGHT EXACTLY WHERE THE DORMANT DUNGEON IS LOCATED!!" but the woman instead of getting scared or intimidated by his scream just scream louder. "HE'S EXACTLY INSIDE THE FUCKING DUNGEON!!"

"AND THE RULES OF THE SCHOOL STATES THAT STUDENTS WHO DIED INSIDE THE SCHOOL ARE NONE OF OUR BUSINESS BECAUSE THAT MEANS THEY'RE WEAK.. IT ALSO MEAN IF THAT STUDENT DIED I-

Suddenly the sleep depraved furious man screamed even louder that students outside the building heard it. "IT MEANS MORE PAPER WORK FOR MEE!! NOOOOO!! SEND SOMEONE OVER THERE RIGHT NOW!! AND CONTACT THE FUCKING DUNGEON EXPLORATION AT ONCE!!"

"YESS SI-" the woman with the white coat was about to reply with another yell but was stopped when someone went through the door as well and pretty much sucker punched her face sending her flying.

Then that person looked at the man. Who then instinctively raised his hand up. "W-WAIT! I'LL BE QUIET!!"

*BOOM!*

"SHUTT UPP!!"

And back to the present.. Just outside the suspected dungeon entrance a camp of soldiers and researchers gather while a man with an even more dark circles under his eyes can be seen talking to a crystal stone on top of his palm.

"Its been 3 DA!-...days already when are we gonna move??! The poor dude might die inside!.... I mean this entire thing is a lot of work and require a lot of shit to be approved of... But that dude's death would bring even more paperworks and even more political problems! Please.. Save m- him save the dude!! " the man said begged in lower caps, quiet and hushed tone while continuesly looking back and forth toward the crystal and to a girl with a blue hair who punched him three days ago.

Now that he was outside the stacks of papers we now get to see him properly.

He was a man with a thin build. Green hair, green eyes. And a pale complexion. He have deep eye bag hanging on his face. His breath stinks of caffeine his hands callous from writing too much and a stubble in his face.

He was standing tall in 5.9 feet and his uniform as the vice principal is worn and is already quite dirty.... And he stinks....

As for the lady that punch him. She have a dark blue hair and a fierce eye and eye brows. She have a small mole just besides her sultry lips and her look is enough for her to be a famous model or artist back on earth.

Her chest is so-so but she has a long legs and a quite good figure. She's currently writing on a record with a serious face. While looking at a magical tool in a size of a waist height cabinet.

Inside the box was a huge crystal ball that spins in a high rate the device also vibrates constantly while on top of it. It shows a blue stone that has many different lines that goes to the right in a zigzah manners.. Just like a heart rate monitor..

But then the lines started increasing in frequency and height. And the device started vibrating even stronger.

The girl with a blue hair finally noticed it and stood up in shock.

"THE DUNGEON IS OPENING!!" she gravely announced. Making all the nearby soldiers and research get on guard and went to "fight mode"

The infantry of soldiers and knights marched forward and went right infront if the portal around 20 meters away from the entrance and surrounded it.

The mages and the researchers lined up behind them and readied their spells. And they saw it.

Between the two trees that make a door door like shape the space was swirling and the fabric of reality could be seen moving.. As if the a ripple in the air..

"ITS COMING!" the leader of the soldiers prepared.

Meanwhile back on the vice principals office the same girl with the white coat can be seen watching a giant screen.. And in the screen show the entire northern continent. That is cut into hundreds of small boxes and other shape and is name sector 1 to C67.. And hundres of thousands of green dots could be seen a cross the map.. Some are even far and almost nearing the edge. But a large number of the green marks are gathering in one place.. That is of course the academy..

And outside the academy a small sector named 1_b2-12 two Blue marks can be seen. She was giving this particular sector more attention than the rest as two of her colleagues are here.. When suddenly.

*beep*

The missing mark suddenly appeared after being missing for 3 days.

Lukeas felt like he have traveled a long distance in a chaotic Rollercoaster ride but he found out that he was in the same position when he entered.

It felt like he got flushed in a toilet but he actually just have taken a single step through all of it and arrived on the other side with his right leg forward.

And so he took his first breath. His dragon heart that have remained dormant in the other world started it's convertion process.

The mana he inhaled gathered in his lungs and once it's filled all of it was sucked and compressed in his heart and together with the oxygen exchange his heart harvested the mana and distributed it to his blood cells.. And soon his veins were once again brimming with unique mana blood.

And he could feel his entire existence..... Burning?

'Fuck! What the fuck is happening??' he screamed in his mind as panic and unbearable pain permeate to his entire being.

"ARRRGHHH!!!!!" he couldn't keep it to himself anymore as he unleash a powerful shout out anguish and misery.

The pain also caused him to release his grip on the control of his demonic presence making every single person that surrounds him get a first hand experience of being in a presence of the new upper moon 1. Making a few researchers and mages fall to their butt.

Some even started vomiting. Others pissed themselves.. Some even shat them selves. But most knights held their own.. Although their body is shivering from the instinctive primal fear they are experiencing, they also have trained to fight this fear back and persist.

But they still couldn't help shivering.. Its the same feeling they get when their fighting a monster of a higher class.. Soon they also started doubting if the person infront of them is not even a human even if it look like one.

"KILL IT!" someone from the mages side shouted as he fires a potent fireball towards the writhing Lukeas who is hugging himself in pain. Sensing an hostility his mind that is being overwhelmed in pain went into battle mode.

And with a single dash he blitz and appeared infront of the attacker so quick he seemed to have dissappear.. Completely bypassing the knights who stands in between them without most of them knowing.

But those who have a lot of experience and strength saw him quickly turned around and swung their sword at him.

But the moment their blade met his skin instead of the fleshy and bloody scene a sounding *CLANK* was heard instead as they watched their blade bouncing off.

Their eye widened in shock and hopelessness as they watched Lukeas open hand get closer to the mage's face.

But then... They saw a man wearing a worn out uniform grab that same hand on his own as he appeared out of thin air. While his tap his left hand on Lukeas stomach and muttered "ALL MIGHTY PUSH!"

And suddenly Lukeas felt as if a wrecking ball was slammed on his stomach in full power and found himself flying in the same direction he came from.. Although the portal didn't activate and instead he kept flying through the forest hitting a couple of trees and destroying it before finally stopping once he hit another tree with a thicker trunk.

"Ughhh... Bitch" Lukeas groaned as he shakily got up from the ground. His senses slowly coming back to him.

Meanwhile the vice principal could be seen grabbing the mage on his collar. "WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING?? CANT YOU SEE HE'S IN PAIN?? AND YOU ATTACKED HIM?"

"b-bu-" before he could respond though... The mage was slapped in the face.

"Shut! Up! That boy probably have gone through a lot of shit! Since a dungeon would have a different time flow when it closed.. He might have spent weeks, months! Or even years!!" the vice principal let go of the man.

"Call some medic! And informed the dungeon exploration that the boy actually cleared already.. And tell them to stop charging the [Key] and instead come over and confirm the situation" he ordered around.

It took the knights a few more moments before they got out of their shocked state as everything that happened up until now have happened in a span of seconds.

All they know was a humanoid came out of the portal.. Then they felt extreme fear like facing a monster.. Then suddenly the man screamed and a fireball was fired.. And then the man vanished and they noticed a sense of danger behind them.. They also saw some of the knights turning back and slashing someone but before they could turn back the man was sent flying beyond the forest... "y-yes sir" and they started moving.

"Ill get the boy" the v.principal said as he jog to the direction Lukeas went flying. While thinking in his mind. 'Fuck!! I got so terrified I might have used too much force!' he cursed.

But when he arrived at Lukeas location he couldn't help but be horrified as the boy was suffering an even worse fate.

"Mana poisoning??!?" he exclaimed and quickly got on his knee to closely examine him some more.

'No... This isn't mana poisoning.. Because he would be slowly turning into a rock... Not burning! But it's a little similar' the v. principal placed his hand on top of Lukeas' chest and sent some mana into it to get a better view using a common spell known as

[Mana sense]

Mana sense is like echo location in a nutshell but using mana instead of sounds. And it's commonly used by Doctors and Healers to see a person's internal body.

But when he did he couldn't help but once again curse. "What the fuck??????"

'This guy's mana heart is literally in his heart!!' he cursed inwardly.. 'And thats why he's suffering mana poisoning..'

Yes, because usually a person only have a few mana element and even most people only have one. And the neutral mana in the air or most commonly called 'breath of the world' its actually a neutral mana because every mana particle actual contains almost every single elemental mana essence in a complete balance.. Thus being a neutral energy..

And if a person absorb it.. The only elements that they would safely receive are the ones they have. And as for the rest.. They will slowly destroy your body. And in most cases people would turn to stone.. But the person infront of him is burning.. So why?

So the V.principal stop focusing on the ground breaking mana heart and instead focus on the kid infront of him. 'He looks around 18 or 17..maybe even younger.. And... He looks anemic and pale. And more importantly.....'

He focused more on his mana sense and went even smaller and observe his cells. And he was again.. Surprised.. The kids cell is filled with mana but for some reason it dies and disintegrate after a few moments.. And it would instantly regenerate and last longer.. And the cycle repeats.

'This kid... He's slowly adopting to mana poisoning? I haven't heard anything like that before'

Now you might be wondering.. Why is he burning because of the mana? Don't he have the [Dragon Heart] already before getting trapped in another world? And also doesn't he have mana left when he became a demon?

Well the answer is.. His body stopped Producing a cell that have a resistance against mana since it's have been so long since his last exposure to mana.. And also demons weakness is actually mana..

And yes.. The red blade is actually a concentrated mana in the blade.. And the see through world is a bit of mana sense together with the 5 senses to simulate and visualize and see through everything. And as for the mark.. Its a rune... A contagious rune at that, and it uses the user's life force to convert them into mana..

And demon slayer breathing is actually circulating the little mana they have in that mana less world or what they call qi or their internal energy together with the circulation of blood and the beat of their heart.

And now that Lukeas is slowly regaining his mana and his mana capacity is slowly being filled up his entire being is once again going through another 'cleansing' and soon his body finally stop disintegrating and Lukeas finally got a rest.

'If words got out about this kids body i bet everyone will loose their shit and do what they can to get a hold of him. Experiment... Possession.... And all kinds of shit.. And that would mean..... Paperworks... Fuck!' he curse as he got afraid of his fut- i mean Lukeas future... What a poor man.. That Lukeas i mean...

Lukeas woke up.. In the 18 years of this body's life this is the first time he woke up with a smile.

This cause another person in the room to perk up.

"Oh you're finally awake!" a girl said with a cheerful voice.

"You were trying to cross the border to the after life! But your alive now" the girl chuckled.

'No way... No way someone just did that on me... I got memed!' Lukeas screamed in his mind with both joy and defeat completely ignoring what she just said.

"Am I back to my world? Noules something?" Lukeas asked.

"You mean Noulus? Yes, you're back" she replied. "And now that you're awake... Care to tell me what was inside that portal? And what monsters you faced? Also why are you wearing a different clothes? A clothes from a different culture... And even language... You know what this means?"

She asked questions after question and even showed him a writing on her clipboard that says:

"Storm Hashira" in Japanese

"This is found in the back of your clothes.. And also that clothes is made from an unknown metal. Do you know what that is?"

"And also you were wearing a Gauntlet made up of the same metal your clothes were made of.. And it's also on a completely different blacksmithing style that is not recorded in our list..."

"So tell me... Boy... What was inside that place.."

Her attitude is completely different right now.. Her dark hair in contrast to her olive skin and her black irises staring right through him. He couldn't help but also noticed a necklace on her neck that has a symbol of an owl.

Then she sighed.."You have no idea how badly I want to look whats inside your body... But that dammed work-place-slave forbid any kind of scan magic on you... Too bad.. Although he didn't forbid any other kind of magic" she hissed as a crackle of lightning runs on her finger.

"OK! FINE! sheesh! I'm just adjusting.. You ask too many questions lady, let me process it" Lukeas replied raising his hand on defeat.

And so Lukeas told his stories.. Although he didn't tell her about him being a hashira or about him interacting with the people in that place.. He told it in a way that make it sounds like he fought everyone and everything in there..

"As for the clothes.. I got it after defeating a lot of those 'demon' like people" he said.. Technically he wasn't lying as to get this he have to farm for contribution points and exchange it in the HQ.

"As for how i got here... I dunno.. I just somehow found my self back in the entrance after following the monsters that came in with me..." and once again he twisted the truth and lied without lying..

"... You didn't lie....." she muttered then she went and cares the necklace on her neck. "GOOD JOB!" she said back to her cheerful face. "I've gotten a quite good grasp of that world because of you!"

"A world where another kinds humans lives.. With a completely different culture and norm! How exciting!" she then stands up.. "Thank you for your contribution.. As for your clothes... You can keep it since you're cute!..and it's over there! Bye bye!" she waved away and walked out of the room

"..... Girls of this world are scary... I missed Shinobu already" Lukeas sigh.. And got up of his bed.. And wore his clothes that is folded in a nearby table.. And he realized... This is his dorm room.

He looked around and sigh.. "Im back... At last!!"

Suddenly the door opened up and the same girl from before pop her head back in. "Oh.. Also you're being summoned in the kings Castle for clearing a dungeon on your own... A very wonderful feat! You will be greatly rewarded.. Both from giving me this information" she wave her clipboard.. "And for stopping a potential Dungeon flood that might have harmed the kingdom!.. So anyway... See ya at the palace!"
