Same Route

After leaving the company of Malachi and his companions, Specialist Brian and those with him continued their journey to Las Vegas while saving whoever they could on their way and staying alive.

It wasn't easy, but Specialist Brian and the soldiers under him had a sense of responsibility and felt that what should be done should be done.

Fortunately for them, while there were a few mishaps here and there, nobody died.

A few people got injured to varying degrees, and some were even crippled, but at least it was better than death, and no one got abandoned.

In actuality, in the apocalypse, it was hard to say if living was better than death, but even with the realisation that they'd be free from torment if they died, not many were willing to die.

Even in the hardest times where death seemed to be the silver lining in the apocalypse, humans still clung on to their desire to live for as long as they could.
