Leo Harrell was now on the verge of collapse, he started the car, ready to go find Evelyn Smith immediately.
"Why pretend to be Sophia? Why harm her?"
The hand gripping the steering wheel was squeezed so hard it turned pale, his overcast eyes revealing a bloodthirsty and ferocious look. He had no more softness in his heart for the girl he knew in his childhood, now he just wanted to flay Evelyn Smith alive.
After a while, Leo Harrell arrived at Evelyn Smith's front door, silent and swift.
"Bang! Bang! Bang!"
There was no answer at the door for a long time.
All Leo saw in his eyes was despair, he only hoped that she would tell him that Sophia wasn't dead, that she had just hidden her away.
"Evelyn Smith, you come out here,"
Leo Harrell roared.
The neighbor across saw this and approached, "Young man, she left early in the morning. She isn't home now, you'd better look somewhere else."
