Chapter XIV: The Weapon Of All Weapons

Kazue heard it but wasn't sure who said that sentence. He looked around but saw no one looking for him or anything. "Buy Me!" The thing said. He looked around and used inspect. The voice was coming from a wooden barrel. He checked it and saw two rusty swords that looked like they would break in five seconds from using them.

He picked them up and used demon arts and put his power in it to make it better. This worked but no change was visible. "Why the random power boost? Am I not good enough" they asked. Kazue realized it was the swords. He was weirded out but bought it. "I'm going to need you to tell me right now if you're crap" Kazue asked.

"You can't see the power I have?!" The blades answered as they restored themselves and looked like what Kazue was looking for. Dual Katanas. "Ok. What is so special about me that you picked me?" Kazue said. "You are a god of two things. I picked you because we follow the same path." They spoke.

"Well is there a name I should call you? I can't call you "sword" or "katana" can I" Kazue asked. "I'm not the blades. I'm a spirit. My name would be Rin. I'm the guard of the godslayer katanas" Rin replied. "Godslayer? Sounds exactly like what I need" Kazue responded. He went home and tried out his new weapon. He tried it on a tree and the tree just snapped like a twig. He barely put force in it. It was the blades entirely.

He finally used inspect on the items *!*

[Strength: Depends]

[Skill: Mimic. Can copy users abilities and add it onto the blade]

[Skill: Godsnapper. Can power itself up to a god tier for 10 minutes. Cooldown: 5 minutes]

He used both godsnapper and mimic to see the outcome. "Slow Your Roll buddy! Can't have you doing too much advanced stuff yet! For now, do some basic weapons training" Rin said. *!*

[New Training! Draconic Arts, Draconic Combat, and Weapons Training!]

Kazue was sad because the max level combat arts could have atomized him into dust particles. Now he has more training. This made it worse. He decided to do do combat training to get it over with. He fought for awhile and did well. He then did Draconic arts which was easier. Finally there was weapons training.

He started and got his Godslayer katanas. He waited for someone but got a regular person. "Hey. Nice mind you got here. This might do some damage, so be careful" the man said. Kazue dashed at him, going for his neck. When he hit his neck, the blades bent. Kazue was confused. Then had gotten back hand slapped into the ground. For the first time, he genuinely lost health as a god. He was at 1 hp. It was a moment of life and death.

He got up scared for his life. He got up and ran. Ran as far as he could. This was something he hadn't felt in years. He had felt fear. Fear for his life. Fear he could possibly die. This shook him. He stood his ground and used his other skills. He grew his dragon wings to fly and as defense and used his breath on the man who was somehow, as fast as Kazue. It did recognizable damage but not enough as he just had a few burn marks on his skin and was limping as he ran.

This gave Kazue enough time to fly far from him. "He's worse than combat. There was only one master who could talk and it was combat level five. How powerful is he!?!" Kazue complained as his Heath regenerated. He finally rested on a tree to regain health. He had what was his full health soon enough. He then heard the man "Buddy, sorry you couldn't do some advanced stuff but you have to admit I had a reason!" The man said. "It's Rin? Why does he sound different?" Kazue thought. His heart was pounding from the fear.

Rin looked around until it looked like he saw something. He ran around and he got closer to Kazue. Kazue could only Do or Die. To Be Or Not To Be. He jumped and used more breath on him. Then hit him critically. Rin was too fatigued from this damage. Kazue just needed one punch. He headed for the punch but Rin grabbed his fist and snapped it off. His hand fell to the floor as he looked at it. He kicked Rin unexpectedly to him and won. He grabbed his hand and absorbed it. New shadows formed around the stump and made a new hand

He left and only saw the blades. Kazue grabbed them and swiped with it onto a tree. The tree looked ok and Kazue, knowing what he did tapped the tree. When he did, it fell apart into splinters. What he did was cut it so fast it looked like a single swipe. This technique was called "fracture". It turns everything you swipe at into fractions of what it was. Kazue looked at his system menu and thought "So much has happened". He got up and thought "maybe I should give my people more evolutions." Kazue thought as he made a the following evolutions. "Demon Lord" and "Greater Demon Lord" and at level one million and two million should be good enough for that much power in a evolution.

There was running in a place with a orange hued sky and six red moons. The running eventually led to a shadow figure. The figure growled as if it wasn't capable of speech. The figure screamed as he kept running. It was as if he couldn't run out of stamina. He looked behind him to see if the thing it was running from was gone but instead it witnessed the sight of a figure evolving into a greater demon lord as the figure was turning into a shadow for the new Greater Demon Lord to evolve.
