The night was warm, and she had been staying close to the fire for sixteen hours, but she never felt a little cold for once, even when she was outside.
However, his chilly hands on her face caused a strange feeling in her body and there were goosebumps on her skin that were teasing her of his presence in front of her again and again.
"You always spit nonsense." Kaylee taunted him, as she hated to hear such sweet words from men. She took a step backward from his touch and Bryant withdrew his hand, still staring at her in confusion. "It is late. Get yourself a taxi and stop lurking around me like a fool." She said, not minding if her words were harsh on him or not.
After Kaylee said this, she moved from her spot, going to the clinic near by where she dropped the puppy few weeks ago. She opened the door and entered.
