Deep within the tomb, of Ajunta Pall, there were three distinctive figures bowing before two supreme beings.
Korey, Wydr, and Balek.
Djaeric and Khem Val.
" Rise, before your new master." Djaeric told the sith acolytes.
The three acolytes rose to their feet as their master ordered.
Djaeric, by no means had the intentions of making them slaves, but instead wanted to cement his position as their lord. And with that position, came many responsibilities.
" Let's go." Djaeric told the group.
" Uhm, my lord... Go where?" Wydr asked the man. " We are acolytes, we can't just leave." He told the man.
" You do not need to worry. Just follow me." Djaeric muttered.
He took his leave of Ajunta Pall's tomb, with his new acolytes behind him, already, he was planning things out in his mind. The first thing he would do, when getting to the Imperial Fleet, Vaiken, is buy himself a set of robes and a mask.
The Mark of a slave was damning, especially in the Sith Empire, and having his face be known would.
A shame he would be forced to walk with the rest of his life.
A feature that would ensure his time as a sith would be hard fought.
Djaeric and Khem Val, led Korey, Wydr, and Balek through the desert, their destination was the launching platform for the Sith to land on the planet, who weren't acolytes, and as the group approached the platform, they were stopped by one of the Sith troopers guarding the area.
" Halt, there! Stat your business, acolytes." The trooper spoke.
" I am Lord Zash's new apprentice, she has given me instructions to take these acolytes to the Vaiken space station. I need to leave on the next flight." Djaeric told the man.
" Lucky you apprentice, Lord Zash informed us you would be coming soon. She said you had an important mission and would be the next available shuttle to the space station, luckily for you, one of the shuttles is just getting back, we can have you on board in just a few moments."
Djaeric nodded and the trooper led the Sith apprentice and his entourage towards the nearest shuttle.
" Here we go My lord. Safe travels."
Djaeric nodded and grabbed a seat on the small shuttle.
Wydr, Balek, and Korey were all dramatically relieved to finally be leaving the planet.
The moment the shuttle doors closed, and the space craft started taking off, is when it finally hit them.
Balek and Wydr, took in long deep breaths, Feeling the adrenaline and terror within their bodies beginning to blow away, like dust in the wind.
" I can't believe it. We're really getting out of here." Wydr spoke. " Master Djaeric, what's next for us? What are we to do, to make up for this?" Wydr asked the man.
" Simple. You, Wydr and Balek, are going to train under me and Khem Val." Djaeric told the men.
" The monster?"
" Khem Val has a name. I suggest you use it."
" I'm sorry, master.... But what can we learn from him?" Wydr asked.
" I was the loyal servant of the great Tulak Hord, do you dare question my strength in battle?" Khem Val asked the man. His already red eyes started glowing with anger.
" R-Right."
Djaeric sighed and placed his hand on Khem Val's shoulder.
" Easy, Khem Val."
" I will not continue to be disrespected."
" Nor will he again." Djaeric told the beast. " Now, Wydr, you won't be sith. Neither will you Balek. I have something else for you to attend to. A type of guardianship, if you will. But to do that, you'll have to learn how to fight first, and there is no one better than Khem Val, to do that. And trust me, Wydr, you will learn to respect him. Or you will die." Djaeric told the two men.
" Understood."
" Yes sir."
The twins both bowed their heads and sat in silence, in fear of the giant monster that was Khem Val.
" What about me, Master?" Korey asked.
" Well, I was hoping you could actually take care of something for me." Djaeric told the woman. " Once we arrive on Dromund Kaas, I'm going to find my little brother." Djaeric spoke.
" Wait, you have a brother?" She asked.
" Yes, a little brother named Djaerin. He has the large lump sum of our money and should have been smart enough to buy a home with it. I still plan on training you, in the ways of combat, but I want you to look after my home and my brother while I am away with Zash. Though of course, I promised to free your family. Once, I have settled in as Zash's apprentice, we will free them. And then you will have a choice. You and your family can stay at my home on Dromund Kaas, taking care of the place, not as slaves, but as my personal staff. Or I can send you to some planet within the core worlds. Wherever it is you choose, know that you will always be considered one of us." Djaeric told the girl.
" Really? If I want to just walk away, then you'd just let us? And what do you mean by workers?"
" It is as I say. You will be allowed rooms within the home, if he did as I said, where you will work to keep our belongings clean, and protect my brother from danger. Of course, this will include a salary of your own." Djaeric explained.
" That... Is a lot to think about." Korey muttered.
" Hold on, why does she get to choose, but we are forced to work? That's not fair." Wydr stated.
" Korey has been loyal to me from the very beginning. I trust her completely. You two on the other hand, would have killed me if I wasn't stronger. You will have to earn your way to my trust." Djaeric told the man. " And if anything happens to her, or you want to try and challenge me again, never forget, Who! I! AM!"
" Yes, sir."
": Understood."
Djaeric nodded and then sat back in his chair.
It was still along flight to the Vaiken Space Station, and Djaeric wanted to take this chance to rest, at least a little bit before the real excitement began.
