He's Gone

"There it is!" Suyeon pointed at the room which was right across the long corridor. Suyeon's heartbeats quickened as she dreaded what was going on behind that door. Her legs felt weak and she was unsure of whether to proceed or not.

"What is it, ahjumma?" Suyeon frowned.

"I can't see this," she lamented. "Yoona...what if she really is selling her body to some dangerous man?"

Suyeon held her arm and spun her to meet his gaze.

"Ahjumma, you can't make excuses for her anymore," he stated in a firm tone. "The truth is right in front of you! I know that you can also sense the monster in her and yet, you're refusing to admit it. The longer you deny her true nature, the more Yoona will fall into the darkness."

Sojin's lips trembled at his words. He was right. The more she denied Yoona's actions the more chaotic the child would become. Yet, her heart was dreading the worst. What if there was no turning back for Yoona?
