SSS-Rank Ice Affinity

Darkness permeated the cold room as Alfred shivered in it. "Why.....Why.... Why me? What did I do?" All he wanted to do was live a normal life. Fall in love. Get married. Live happily ever after, but why was that so hard? He didn't even aspire to become a powerful cultivator, he had come to terms with his bad talent a long time ago. Instead of the dreamy wonderland he had thought he would get after getting into a good college, he was freezing in this damn cellar which was chilling him to the bone, betrayed by the one he had thought was the one, his friends, and his family. If only he had the power, the talent, none of this would happen, the school would've protected him, if only he was stronger... no... it wasn't him, it was those DAMN BASTARDS. If only they really cared for him, none of this would happen. He WOULD take revenge, HE MUST. This was his last thought as the cold ebbed the last of his life away... He was suddenly woken up by a sharp cold that spiked from his soul as a familiar scene entered his view...

Chapter 2

"Young Master Wester?", Sable was suddenly pulled back to reality as a servant called for him.

"Yes?", he replied casually as he quickly wiped an evil grin off his face.

"The Patriarch is expecting you soon".

Sable was about to turn 14, and soon he would be required by his family to participate in the affinity test.

The last time he had done the test, he had been an F-rank affinity trash. He had been thrown aside, beaten up, and called trash more times than he could count. He was even ridiculed by those who didn't have any talent whatsoever.

Even so, he still held onto a glimmer of hope that he would be rid of this torture after he left high school and that he could just live life as a normal person.

Li Ming had finally made it to college, found a girlfriend which he thought would be the one, and took care of his little brother, Li Xiuming, the best he could. He had done all he could, been as benevolent as he could to those around him, and yet his brother awakened an A-rank talent and instantly abandoned him, calling him a"good for nothing F-rank trash" that couldn't be his brother.

Just when he thought it couldn't get any worse, his girlfriend, Lin Xiaobai left him for his little brother, and framed him for sexual assault just to squeeze him of some more money before she left. In her eyes, this F-rank trash didn't have any other uses anyways, and should be honored to even have been framed by her.

Li Ming was left freezing in a cold prison cell, forgotten, and left to die. Li Ming at the time comprehended something about the world.. In this world, power was everything.

After recalling all of this, Sable made up his mind. He would grasp every opportunity for power, even if it meant exploiting others. He would live the life he never had. He would deal with Lin Xiaobai and Li Xiuming later, they weren't as important anymore. Power came first.

Without knowing, Li Ming's personality had been slowly becoming colder throughout the last years of his life as he suffed more trauma. This was what allowed for the successful assimilation between Sable Wester, and Li Ming.

Sable quickly made his way down to the Wester Mansions meeting room and pushed open the door.

"You called for me Father?", Sable respectfully bowed to a man sitting on the chair. A domineering icy cold pressure exuded from the man. Louis Wester, a peak 7-star Emperor-rank force warrior sat across the room to him.

"My son, you will take the aptitude exam soon, I will send you the capital in a week". Louis Wester straightforwardly told Sable before sending him out.

As Sable walked out, his back was drenched in sweat. T-that was the power of a general rank force-warrior? Even though the original Sable had experienced this pressure, it was still terrifying. It felt as if his father could breathe and he would disintegrate.

Sable quickly went back to his room and excitedly packed his items dreaming of his life to come. Although he was the heir to the Wester family, he also could not train like everyone else until his force-nucleus developed at the age of 14.

Sable would spend the next week or so before leaving, researching the force-warrior world, more than ever before as he was able to gain access restricted files that the public didn't have access to.

nahhh how to people write so much per chapter without using up all their ideas for it?
