The Hand

Swinging through the city, while swinging Spider-Man opened his system and used his 3 [Accomplishments].

Seeing this made him open his Storage,

He then mentally clicked the [Perk Tomb].

[Ding! You have gained the Perk, Spider-Eyes; Allows you to be able to see in any direction at all times in a near 360 view.]

And when he read those words he felt his vision grow, but deciding to ignore it and just focus on the police cars zooming he jumps onto the roof of one.

10 minutes pass and he sees 'The Hand' people who are more like ninjas, drive around the streets. Spider-Man zipped himself to their car roof and jumped onto the hood of the car with all his strength.

When landing the car almost stopped immediately while also panicking the car a bit, Spider-Man jumped a meter away and looked at the car. Suddenly, the doors shot off and the 6 ninjas walked out.

They looked a Spider-Man, pulled their katanas out, and dashed at him, him replying with a web shot but to his surprise, one cut the web and another jumped off their back and stricked at him.

He then rolled to the side not expecting his Spider-Sense to go off, prompting him to duck an attack slashing horizontally behind him. He then throws a hook kick to hit their face only to smack air, and get another Spider-Sense making him pull himself with a web away. Looking back he saw 1 of the ninjas about to cut him but he just ducked and rolled away. 

Never once since he got his powers did he feel so overwhelmed by a fight, he couldn't keep up with their coordination and reflexes. His Spider-Sense almost constantly goes off, he attempts to predict and observe their movements to try and find a pattern but struggles.

A while later you can see a helicopter watching over the scene and the police with their cars waiting for an opening. Because no matter what they tried, tasers, batons, cars, or anything of the sort the ninjas of The Hand would counter them with any sort of method while fighting Spider-Man. And at this point all they could was wait and see what would happen.

Whoosh!

Went a katana missing Spider-Man by an inch but the wind was felt by his arm, the more he fought the more nervous he got but kept at his tactic because he hoped that his learning function would teach him the 2 skills he was waiting for. 2 ninjas dashed at him, one slashing his katana at Spider-Man's left leg while the other swung at his face. He jumped back to avoid them but was then met by a katana being thrown at him by the second ninja, he luckily caught the blade but was then met by its owners tanto ready to stab his eye.

Spider-Man barely blocked it with the sword he was holding, pushing that ninja away he did a donkey kick hitting another ninja that was planning a surprise attack. Seeing this the ninjas moved back and Spider-Man just smirked.

"Looks like you are easy to read!" He exclaimed loudly for everyone to hear.

[Ding! You have learned {Analyze}; When observing your surroundings or something you shall understand it with 4x more ease.]

[Ding! You have learned {Prediction}; When predicting an action your judgment will be 2x more likely.] 

He then grabbed the katana by the handle and thought of a new skill to learn.

Then the ninjas charged in, Spider-Man looked at almost all of them as some were directly behind him but he could see most because of his new perk [Spider-Eyes], he then charged and slid and spun in circles to try to cut the ninja. The ninja then jumped but was caught by the leg via a web which slapped them onto the asphalt, however, they had enough control of their surprise to catch themself with their hands.

Seeing this Spider-Man got excited and used the first thing that came to mind, he lowered himself into a crawl with the blade to his face, he then clenched his leg muscles, and inhaled a large portion of air. The ninjas proceeded to run at him but 1, then as some got into position to slash and another few jumped. Spider-Man then jumped and spoke,

"Arachind Sword-Style, Incomplete 1st Form. 8-legged Slash!"
