Challan's face was stiffened.

"There's only one way to get runes in this continent and the Druid association has monopolized that single way.
"What if we are willing to pay them?"
"Runes are priceless -and those guys are a proud bunch... There's a lot tied to this."
"I think by a lot you mean your past?"
He looked at me and lowered his eyelids.
It was getting awkward.
"How about Rogath and I just try to buy it from them without having to involve you or him."
