9.) Learning about the battle of Moria

After breakfast was cook everyone ate then clean up their mess before heading out where the ponies and two horses where, so they pulled themselves in their saddles then headed out of course Raven knew Bilbo was going but she did not take part in the bet but did let Gandalf know he was right, then tapped her ear when the others were not looking once she heard him then she caught up to Balin who had some questions for her and of course she answers unless it was sacred or she needs the elder's permission to tell them, and she was about to explain Imprinting when they heard the voice that could only belong to Bilbo who handed over the contract to Balin who confirms he sign it which Thorin told them to give him a pony, then they were traveling once more and didn't stop till nightfall is where Raven went out hunting and would bring back dinner since she explains for her to remain healthy and strong she need to eat way more than them but she didn't mind bring back food. Once they all s=ate and got comfortable Balin to ask about what they were talking about earlier " Imprinting is like when you first see them everything changes it not gravity holding them to the earth but them, you would do anything, be anything for them" she said as she stared into the fire," sounds like you know the feeling have you found yours" Bofur ask which made Raven laugh.

" no when we are in wolf form our minds connect we can feel what each other feel, see what they see, hear what they think " Raven said calmly as she lean back " I have not been as lucky to find mine yet not like Sam and Jared my pack brothers then again some members of the pack are afraid to meet theirs" she added and look out to the sky," if you don't mind me asking but why" Bilbo said which made Raven look over with a sigh " rage is what makes up shift for the first time and we all saw through Sam eyes what happen if someone is standing to close when we are pushed to far and we shift" she said as start to explain Sam story with Emily " and now every time he see her he feel the guilt eating at him and hears his wolf howl in pain from seeing the damage their paw has done, since we are meant to be protectors and our imprints who are our soulmates chosen to be our anchor by the ancestors, it why one of our most sacred laws is that we never hurt another wolf imprint, because if we where to loose our mate the pain alone would most likely kill the shifter" Raven finish explain then she look into the flames of the camp fire before she lean back and close her eyes, But she could hear the others get comftable and start to fall or asleep or they did when orcs screeches start to fill the skys waking everyone up as Kili and Fili start to joke to Bilbo which made Thorin snap as he walk to the edge of the cliff, so Balin start to explain the story of Moria while others quietly listen making them look over at Thorin once the story was done.

Raven eyes widen when her eyes caught Thorin's eyes then she start to see their future together and felt chains and cables holding her to him now then she shake her head to clear it thinking no one notice but two people did those two being where Balin and Gandalf but of course she had no idea as she got up and start to walk, " where are you going Raven" Gandalf ask " to look around hearing the battle of moria made me think of vampires which got my instincts to wound up I wont be able to rest till I take a look" she explain but gave him a look that told him the truth, that she didn't like how close those orcs sounded but she didn't want to work them up. " umm what Vampires" Bilbo ask which made Raven tense up and a deep manseing growl ripped through her throat " beast in human form" she said with a dark glare as she look over the forest, " they are creatures who have skin as hard as marble, with extreme speed and strength who feed off blood to survive even through they are dead since their hearts no longer beat, they are as cold as ice and prey on the innocent " she growled out and look over where shoulder which made her eyes soften " I am sorry I did not mean to make you scared, you see just thinking of those beast make me angry since they are our natraul enemy we where created to kill them since we are the only ones who has strong enough jaw power and strength to rip them apart then set them on fire which would completely kill them" she said then walk off.

After some tracking, she killed the wargs and orcs who were left but she had no idea some got away to report to their leader, once she returns she patted Gandalf on the shoulder then she walks to her spot and lay down calmly then fell asleep listening to the nightlife. Once morning came Raven was the first one awake beside the one who was on the watch so she leans back since she had a huge meal last night she was not as hungry but once everyone was up she looks around " I am truly am sorry if I did happen to frighten anyone last night" she said her voice filled with guilt, " it alright lass I believe most of us can understand your anger " Dwalin said which got a nodded from those who have seen battle. Once they have eaten and clean up they where once more on the move, of course, they didn't stop even when it started to rain which Raven warn them about since she could smell it in the air and feel it as well.
