through the tear in the sky

thunder booms loudly outside the dark room as Michael looks over at the the witch with absolute hatred burning in his eyes his dark blue cloak fluttery he yells "enough with your tricks your rain of terror will be no more " the witch looks up and laughs as she says "I was born into this life, I have nothing to fear. So tell me child, what is it that you d"Michael grits his teeth and replies "to see you dead" the witch's laughter continues as she lifts her hand to the sky and with a flash of light a long stick curling a ravishing yellow gem around the end and gets into a fighting position. Michael does the same but not before casting a spell to blast a large fireball out of his wand and towards her. The witches smile sinisterly and sends a ball of fire back at him making the air shimmer from heat. Michael raises his arm to deflect the fireball but instead of his usual protective shield he summons a wall of flames which absorbs the attack with ease. They circle each other warily waiting for someone else to make the first move. The witch smiles wider and says "oh this is so exciting, I love being in control I am going to enjoy every second of this" Michael sneers in disgust as he takes the offensive and shouts " ARCANE LIGHTING" as he says this his staff crackles with electricity as a huge jagged lightning bolt fires out and causes a huge smoke cloud in front of the witch. Michael wipes a small bead of sweat and smiles then he frowns as he hears from the smoke that familiar cackle, the cackle of the witch she steps out of the smoke and says "really you think that punny spell can take me out she laughs again and dashes toward Michael as shadowy claws erupt from her hands . Michael tries dodging them but only manages to miss a few as she swipes her hands through the air leaving behind sharp, razor sharp talons behind her, Michael stumbles back as blood starts flowing down the sides of his face. in this moment of confusion the witch lifts up her boot and kicks Michael on to the ground but Michael can't get up he's stuck the the witch says "since you have entertained me I'll let you live, but not here." she says as one more flick of her staff and some eldrich whispers she opens a Portal right under Michael. he feels himself falling, falling a great distance he looks down and sees he is falling through the sky.

Michael is terrified at fist but when he regained his wits he remembered he is a magician, he summons his staff for a slow fall spell as he lands softly on the ground. Michael quickly scans his surroundings and sees that he he is in a dark Alleyway and to seem less conspicuous he changes his clothes with magic changing his cloak for a hoodie and hiding his staff he walk out of the ally way into the brightness of this unfamiliar city. as he walked down the street he sees a young woman and he wispers to himself "good someone who might be able to help me." Michael walks up to the woman and asks "excuse me miss can you tell where I am." the woman turns and say "yes your in saracon city" Michael then stick out his hand and say "thank you I'm Michael" the woman shakes his hand and replies with "hi my names Emilia. then Michael walks away. Emilia walks down the road thinking about her weird encounter with Michael, she was so lost in thought that she got turned around and she fines herself in an alleyway with a dead end. A chill goes down her spine as she hears a familiar voice she turns around to see a pompous looking boy with brown hair and a devilish smile gulps and says nervously "hey the Travis what brings you here" then Travis frowns and looks at Emilia Angerly and says "you really should not have done what you did yesterday" Travis growls then he pulls out a pocket knife Emilia raises her hands to protect her then her palm glows and she heres foot steps frantically running Travis turns around to see a man with black hair with a blue stripe then Michael walks out of the shadows and says "didn't think you would need my help so soon" as he swipes his hand in the air and summons his staff and points at Travis then a solid blue beam shoots through the and hit Travis right in between his eyes. the Emilia say "what did you do" then Michael tells her "it's fine I only froze him but we should get you somewhere safe" as they both start running away, As they go down an alleyway Travis regains his consciousness. when they get far enough they finally stop and the take a break at the park and they sit down and Emilia asks " hey how did you know I was in danger" and Michael says did you see your hand glow that happened because I cast an ally spell telling me whe you were in danger, Emilia nods and says " yeah thank you so much I don't know what I would have done if you didn't show up" then Michael just gives her a shrug gets up to stretch his legs saying "well if you want to find me I guess I'll be under a bridge or something" and then Emilia frowns what why" then Michael replies "well I came here from another world so I don't have a house" the Emilia gets an idea "I haves spare room at my house maybe you can stay there we would have to convince her though" then Michael says "ok let's go" then they go to Emilia's house and the entire way there Emilia was asking questions about Michael then they got to the house they opened the door there sitting on the couch was a tall dark haired woman with a pretty muscular build who sees Emilia and smiles then sees Michael and frown and say to Emilia "who this guy" then Emilia says "hey Jane this is Michael and he recently lost his house so can he stay here" Jane replies with a Sturn no, Emilia tries to argue and says "but he is a wizard " at this Jane laughs "he's not wizard" then Michael steps in and says "yes I am" at this Jane laughs histaricly "oh really prove it" Jane challenges so Michael lifts up his hand summons his staff and cast a spell that fill the room with dazzling light twinkling and turning everything it touches into gold then all the light dies out and there is left with the light of moon shining brightly in the sky. Michael smirks and says "so prove that I'm not a wizard " Jane sighs "fine the room you can stay in is on the up the stairs 3rd door on the right" Michael thanks her as he and Emilia climb the stairs and walk into the room, the door shuts behind them Emilia turns to face him and says "that was quite an impressive display you were amazing" Michael says "thanks I had no idea that spells were such a big deal to you guys" and Emilia says "well ya we don't have magic in this world" Michael nod and say "well good night" then Emilia leaves the room and Michael drifts to sleep.
