Strange world/ POV Yennefer

( A week before the meteor strike)

She's been running away from the Wildhunt for months. She's been separated from her friends and almost caught by the Wild Hunt, or Wraiths of Mörhogg as they are called in Skellige, was widely believed to be a group of specters galloping in the sky. They were described by common folk as a cavalcade of wraiths on undead horses galloping across the sky and serving as an omen of war.

And she faced against those monsters But she was no matched against their terrifying fighting prowess.

In her last desperate moment she created a portal and teleported through it And ended up in a vast land of snow and trees.

Food and water and winter clothes are not a problem for the sorceress. She have them all in her storage space. Thus she started to search for human settlements if their was any in this vast harsh land.

Approximately two days later she found one, a village or it's seems like one.

The houses are all burned down and the villagers are all gone. It's seems like a brutal raiders have their way with it without any resistance.

She searched for any survivors, And moment later she found a small pond near the village.

And what she saw is terrible site a human can create.

"They drowned them... they drowned them all..." she growled out behind clenched teeth.

It was a horrific sight, to say the least, and one that would stay with them for the rest of her days. For what the Black hair sorceress had found would not wash away from her minds. The bloated, decomposing bodies weighed down by heavy stones on the bottom of the harbour. But perhaps the most shocking sight of all was what those bodies were.

Unmistakably, Undeniably, Human.
