: First interaction
"Hello...!!"
A hand interrupted his vision. Lu Yang got irritated.
"Stop doing that! Can't you see I'm busy…!"
Suddenly, he was snapped back from dreamland into reality.
He saw Lina was standing in front of him.
'What the fuck! Is she for real ??!!!'
He straightened up himself, looking at his surrounding. Not a single person was there except them.
'She is waving at me!! Is she talking to me ?!!"
Then a thought lingered in his mind....
'Did she just find out that I was starting at her?'
"Hello.!!"
His face turned pale as sheet in shock.
He gave her a blank expression. His heart was beating heavily.
Lina was taken aback by his expression.
'Did I interrupt his sleep ?!' She wondered.
"Umm...nothing. I thought you touched my hair, so I was startled a bit. But guess I was seeing things. Sorry for interrupting your sleep. Have a nice time classmate."
She smiled apologetically.
Henry was stunned. He did brush her hair but that was in his dream.
'Wait a second. Didn't I just daydream? Or was it reality ??!! Oh my God. I did what?! Indeed!! I did it…!!. Damn...''
'But why is she apologizing instead of me who has done it ??!!'
Finishing her packing Lina turned to leave. Then, suddenly turned back.
"It was nice to 'finally' meet you classmate Lu Yang."
"Huh.??" Henry was surprised.
'She is talking to me! Lina is talking to me.!!' He was in cloud nine. 'She is happy to meet me!'
"Hi, I'm Lina, a fellow student. You may not know me. But You are an inspiration to me. It was nice to talk to the legend face to face. I'll treasure this moment forever."
She extended her right hand excitedly.
Henry was literally trembling in his seat.
'What!!?? Inspiration!! I'm an inspiration to her …??!! And she is happy to meet me finally …!!'
He was taken aback at her sudden gesture. 'You know the feeling when your long time crush suddenly talk to you.' the butterflies were flying in his stomach.
Lu Yang looked at her. The pair of deep black orbs behind the glasses was sparkling in excitement.
He was enchanted. How many times he had thought of sinking in those deep black eyes.
"Nice to meet to you too Miss Lina Ray Park."
He extended his hand. A sudden sensation of electricity flew all over his body upon touching her hand. His heart skipped a beat.
"Hi, I'm Lu Yang. And Yeah I know you." for a whole 8 years.'
He replied seeing her surprised look.
" You know my name ?!" Lina agitated.
"Yeah."
" I mean who would not know you. I think after today's incident you will become a low -key celebrity. From today everyone gonna remember you as 'that student from professor Shin's lecture.'" He laughed out loud.
Lina could not help but laughed wholeheartedly.
"Yeah I also think so." She nodded in agreement. "Nice to meet you."
"The pleasure is all mine Ms. Park." he took her extended hand for a brief handshake.
Suddenly a jolt of electricity started running through his veins and his heart beat increased rapidly.
Then, there was silence following the laughter.
Both were staring at each other's eyes for a brief period of time forgetting the time and place.
Lina finally returned to reality seeing that she was still holding his hand from previous handshake. She cautiously removed her hand from his grip.
'Am I crazy ?!! Where was I looking at?! Damn! What will he think now.!!' She thought.
"Sorry for earlier. I disturbed your sleep. I'll excuse myself then."
She smiled and went downstairs towards the exit door.
Henry was still standing there staring at her retreating figure.
"Is she for real? Am I still dreaming?" He pinched himself.
