A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

The Black Hawks carrying the three Division 60 teams arrived over the port city and national capital of Mogadishu.
The country didn't have a standard army or air force, ergo they lacked any air defense system so the Black Hawks were able to fly blatantly over the Capital City.
Of course, the 2nd Expeditionary Fleet had informed the locals of their arrival so the group wouldn't have been attacked even if there was an air defense system.
The Black Hawks broke off from each other in order to follow the plan.

A particular Black Hawk pulled away from the rest and sped up towards a three-floor building down the street from the Embassy. It landed on the roof of the building and the 60s team aboard jumped off.
The team proceeded to repel down the building via a rope.
