episode 54 Story of a lonely demon

"Keti" at school is feeling a bit overwhelmed and frustrated whenever the teacher talks, the teacher calls her name and tells her to read the next paragraph, she stood up and read it in an angry and aggressive way, the whole class was surprised, during the physical education class it is dodge ball time, everyone picks a ball and throw, however "Keti" keeps throwing the ball hard as if she is angry at something.

Student: "Yamazaki", chill.

Keti: [angry] I'm not angry, just a bit overwhelmed [throw hard].

Teacher: "Yamazaki", you need a time out.

"Fey" went to find "Wreck" during the break.

Fey: [panic] "Komito-chan".

Wreck: …that is not my name.

Fey: either way, we have a problem.

Wreck: is something wrong, "Fujimori"?

Fey: don't use my last name, either way … "Keti" is being aggressive during classes, even before classes.

Wreck: hmm…can you summarize her aggressive moments?

Fey: when it was chemistry, she made the teacher revise his own syllabus, not by force nor threatening by the way, during dodge ball she threw the ball harder like she was going to kill someone, when "Yukine" approached to her she suddenly just made him space out for hours.

Student #1: "Yukine"?! he ranks higher and yet; she made him space out?

Wreck: …hmm…I think we need to knock her out cold, this sounds like a mental condition every human was supposed to take, she didn't even have her 6 to 8 hours sleep…perhaps we need to get moving now, before she gets the weird idea to make the principal space out or anything else.

A few moments later "Keti" is in the infirmary thanks to "Wreck" and "Fey", sleeping aggressively with her eyes open, the nurse used a thermometer to see if she has illness.

Wreck: good thing we made it, otherwise it would have been a disaster.

Nurse: that's not good…her temperature is high; she really needs to get some rest.

Fey: sorry, it's my fault she didn't get some sleep.

Wreck: relax, I'm sure this kind of illness is temporary, she'll be better in the meantime, don't sweat it.

It is an after school now, "Seth" just arrived in a nick of time looking so overwhelmed.

Wreck: hi, "Seth"

Fey: what happened with you? You look out of shape.

Seth: [angry] I couldn't relax either way, thanks to your booster flame, the captain said I'm not feeling well, so I took the time off and went home.

Wreck: you too?

Seth: [angry] if "Fey's" booster does that to us then how come you're so relaxed?

Wreck: capable shifter, remember?

Fey: should we knock him out too?

Wreck: for him knocking out isn't going to be the only solution, he might as well have to exhaust himself, at least you could do tons of exercises.

"Seth" suddenly starts doing 100 pushups and other kinds of exercises.

Fey: it seems we can't do the trial at the moment since the 2 of them need rest because of me.

Wreck: yeah, guess I'm gonna go for a stroll around the city, I'll be back home after that.

Fey: good thing "Keti" is sleeping well.

"Wreck" went to walk around the city just to wander and see what kind of places are open, suddenly "Mirune" waves her hand just to call him, "Wreck", "Mirune" and "Aika" are now having an ice cream combo together.

Wreck: it's a coincidence to see you 2 around, even though you work at the hunter association.

Aika: you hate the association that much? Whatever did we do to deserve such hate?

Wreck: it's not your fault that I despise your work, it's all written in our books, the hunter association acted with treason to keep demons alive in their base, it was written in rule 127 if you hadn't read the entire syllabus.

Mirune: not just that, you mention about a demon lord about to come, if you would just give us a clue to what situation did we get ourselves into.

Aika: what kind of knowledge do you have that talks about demons?

Wreck: I could tell you the story about demon lord "Guthera", she used to be considered the weakest, at the same time…the dangerous.

Mirune: that doesn't explain her sending goons around town.

Wreck: from the beginning, it all started with the children of "Asmodeus", they were said to be getting stronger quicker than other demons, then comes their children which were later be called, the descendants of "Asmodeus", all the children parted ways and started their own family, families that gained nobility because of their bloodline closer to "Asmodeus", then there is the "Supergia" family, which is also known as the most weakest family there is to know, the mother only gave birth to 2 children, 2 girls in the family, the oldest is "Limas", and the younger is "Guthera", "Guthera" admired her sister for her expertise and power, day after day she wished that this happiness of theirs would last forever no matter what the other families say, one day "Limas" was instructed to head to the over world because there were demons who needed back up, her family was the only hope they had, "Guthera" didn't want her to go, but "Limas" told her to wait for her and that she'll come back no matter what happens, days after days, week after week, "Guthera" began to get worry that her sister didn't come back so, she might as well go take a peak, any other demon would allow her to do so without a second thought, captured and stabbed by the hunters, she was terrified at first until she finally figured out that her sister is already dead, and for them to harvest her was the greatest mockery to "Guthera", she suddenly rampaged and started to kill every last hunter insight, no one could stop her, later on she went back home with only one fragment of her sister, any demon who would either mock her or her sister she cut them down like they were a nuisance, and that's when she became the demon lord, greater than higher demons, because of the death of her sister she would command an army to try destroy the demon hunter association.

Aika: so that's how it goes! But if she were to avenge her sister and wipe the hunter association, why didn't she?

Wreck: they say she struck an oath with a legend at that time, now she has no authority of stepping foots on the overworld, but she would send her subordinates instead.

Mirune: you're not going to help even if we asked for, are you?

Wreck: I wish I could be of any help, but I got other kinds of business in my sleeve, so let's just say…I'm going to leave this demon lord problem as the last thing I would ever do.

Aika: seems as it is, looks likes both parties are busy, when we first met, I thought a human was forming an alliance with the demons but instead, you only care that both races would live without anyone dying, but what happened to that higher demon that we fought from that day?

Wreck: from how much I don't want to kill I'll just leave that information as classified, even if it is a higher demon who has a grudge against humanity there seems to be a conflict between them and the legend, don't know who or why but most demons that know would go 'oh no, it's "Kalibur Avorice"' for some reason, don't know and don't care, if I was the reincarnation I should be having some of my memories of my past life that I could remember, but I don't…I think we had enough talks for the things we're having, let me just pay for the bills and-.

Mirune: like we would ever let a child pay for the food, leave the bills to us.

Aika: it's been a pleasure talking with you, we'll take it from here, you can go now.

"Wreck" used the "Egress" gates to get to the chemistry lab, "Keti" is sitting on a chair tapping the table loudly and continuously.

Wreck: hi "Keti".

Keti: you seem in a good mood, how unfairly disappointing.

Wreck: it would be better if you took some rest, you sound so overwhe-.

Keti: I took plenty of rest, now I can't have some sleep, you've got some nerve knocking me out cold like that.

Wreck: the worse could have happened anyway, anyhow we might have to delay the trial for a bit because of our situation right now, don't you think so?

Keti: … [smile] oh, dear "Wreck".

"Keti" attacks "Wreck" with her beast cloak.

Wreck: there are school properties around this area, you can't just hope I could fix all of it.

Keti: yeah right, big deal, I'm pretty much overwhelmed when "Fujimori" gave me a booster, so I figured if I drained all my energy will I ever feel relaxed after that.

"Wreck" dodged all her attacks and tried not to let her destroy anything, he ran out of the chemistry lab and went to the stair ways while "Keti" followed him, he headed to the roof and sees 2 couples having a conversation, he shooshed to them then went on hiding, "Keti" arrives on the roof.

Keti: [smile] pardon my intrusion but, have you seen a fellow student coming up here?

Student: …no, I don't think he did.

Keti: …I didn't even appoint of his gender, that means you lied to me, [yell] come on out, you're embarrassing yourself by not competing to a girl.

Wreck: [come out, hands up] …that's the worst excuse I've ever heard in my entire life, that's fine, I'll play your games…but my pride as a male student I'm not going to run away from a competition.

Student: [confused] uh…what just happened?

"Wreck" suddenly walks with "Keti" to the PE room where it's empty.

Wreck: I don't like the way you lie to people just for your own ambitions.

Keti: whether you like it or not, this is how it's going to be… for now that is.

She started attacking again just to try exhausting herself.

Keti: and by the way I haven't dried out all my energy, I even provided you with a bigger space, evidence will be cleared at this point, right?

Wreck: [yell] then what's the point of making me accept your competition?

Most of the 7 wonderers were watching them as "Keti" gets very fired up.
