After that the major Mage, Mage master, then Great Mage, High Mage, Supreme Mage, Ultimate Mage, Adamas Mage, and so on until the peak of rank, Empirio Mage.

To become an Acolyte is hard to die for, especially if being a minor Mage requires talent, knowledge, and hard work.

Many talented people are stuck at Zelanthor or Philosopus rank, especially for someone whose talent is mediocre like him, at least being able to get to Acolyte and even becoming Zelanthor himself is already very lucky.
