She heard Tameka's real voice for the first time, it sounded all around her like a stream of pure pressure digging up it's way into her brain, but soon after it started, everything went back to normal.

Anna tried to sit up, but her body just twitched uncontrollably. She heard steps and stiffened in horror. Did that bastard get her too? What if she respawned back in that well? She has to dig her out again, even if –

*Anna, I'm here. That Mage was too weak.* Tameka's voice reached her mind and she felt instantly relieved. She mercilessly stuffed her mouth with some healing herb to get rid of the negative status and waited for her to get on her feet.

The first thing Anna saw was a splash of the same slime she saw a few hours back all around the willow tree.

*It's quick and absolutely painless.* Tameka calmed her down as she checked his backpack and took it with her *We need to rush. We have only an hour left to reach that village.*

So, they did. They even had to run now and then. They both were tired and sweaty when they arrived.

"Let's sell just few items first. We can get better prices if we go through shops one by one, instead of selling everything to one merchant. We can do so as soon as I'm back from work," Anna suggested and aimed shop of some warlock close to them.

They ended up selling all of that Mage's stuff and a few rare flower stems he needed.

Her alarm started ringing when they stepped in the inn to ask for bed. Tameka was well-hooded to cover her identity and Anna quickly stepped to the counter, so she could pick a room.

"I need to rent a room for 12 hours," She said to the NPC behind the counter. The woman opened the list with their offer.

Cheap room ~ 2 silver ~ +1%HP / hour

Spacious room ~ 1 gold ~ +5%HP / hour

Luxury room ~ 5 gold ~ +20% HP / hour

"Here is your key, traveler. Your room number is 16 on the second floor. You look in need of a bath, I'll prepare one for you by the end of your stay only for 2 gold, if you are interested,"

"Yes, thank you, that would be amazing," Anna murmured in hurry and handed her 2 more gold coins.

Tameka followed her up to the second floor and watched her lie on the left side of the bed.

"It will take some time, I'm sorry. I'll be back in about 12 hours, maybe 13," She said and logged off.

Tameka dropped her fake smile and came closer, watching her with blank expression.

*I lied. It's not painless at all. My curses are unbearable.* she said with a proud expression and watched that human, eyes filled with resentment.

She then checked Bugak's location on the map. He moved a bit, but it was still hard to tell where he was going.

Let's get these two idiots together, she won't be able to question anything with her brain fucked out of her head. But first, she has to ensure safety for her mortal body. She might be the only human she is able to communicate with, she has to keep her no matter what.
