Chapter 10

STRANGE FEELING

She stares out the window and keeps silent the whole ride. That Lucien guy playing in her mind, even though she tries her best to shake it off. Why he looks okay with it? Why her mother goes and married someone else, leaving her alone?

She even didn't try to find her. That makes her sad.

"Aurora, Aiden wants you to go somewhere," Jake speaks bringing her thought out.

"Where?" She asks.

"Gym. He was there, training. " Jake tells her. She nods.

Aurora didn't care about it actually. Well, she wants to clear her mind from everything. It is better than staying at home and lying in bed.

"Woah. You didn't complain. " Jake was surprised by it. Usually, she will be a brat or stubborn.

"I have a bad day today." She closes her eyes. He just nods.

Jake looked at her through the mirror and she looks like her sleeping. Jake focuses on the road back, but he feels something about her. When she said that she has a bad day, her tone sounded really depressed.
