His home

As they walked out of the hospital, Ming recalled when he had brought Sun to the hospital for the first time. It was four months ago. She was unconscious and was bleeding badly. He had carried her in his arms, scared to death that she'd die in his arms.

She looked pail. Her blood made her already red hair appear even redder. As soon as he got to the hospital, the nurses took her to the O.R on a stretcher.

He still remembered everything clearly, every single detail. He had devotedly come to the hospital every single day since that day. She was in a coma. At first, he thought it'd only be a couple of days. But days turned to weeks and weeks into months. And finally after four dreadful months of uncertainty, she was awake and leaving with him, hand in hand. But she wasn't complete, her memories were missing.

The doctors had said she would eventually regain them, but he wasn't certain when.

When they got to the parking lot, he led Sun by her hand to the Black car. She got into the passenger seat and he drove off.

When they left the hospital, Sun practically glued her face to her window and remained there for quite a while.

"What are you doing?" Ming interrupted her. She shook her head and sat properly.

"Put your seat belt on" She didn't understand what he meant so he indicated by tugging at the seat belt across him and saying "seat belt".

She bent over to tug at his seat belt. "What are you doing?" Ming asked and she sat up in her chair. Ming could see that she didn't know what to do.

He drove a little further before pulling over. He bent over to put her seat belt on for her. Then he sat up. He asked if she was hungry.

"Mm. Very. I'm very hungry" she said, putting her hands on her tummy and patting it. This made Ming look at her weird.

"We'll get something to eat then go home" he said and she nodded happily.

...

As they pulled into Ming's house, Sun stuck her face to her window and opened her mouth in awe. Ming parked the car in front of the magnificently built house. It was already evening, Ming was exhausted and Sun's day seemed to have just begun.

She waited for Ming to unlock the door and immediately dashed out of the car. She ran and went around the house, forcing Ming to go after her. She stopped when she saw a large pool. She was intrigued and tried to touch the water when she was suddenly pulled up and into Ming's arms.

"Don't run off like that!" Ming said scared out of his mind.

"But the water is soo shiny" Sun exaggerated as she tried to wriggle out of Ming's arms. "Stop it! You scared of large bodies of water." Ming stressed. But it didn't stop Sun. She still fought to be free and Ming let her go. She dropped straight into the pool and Ming crossed his hand across his chest.

Sun played in the water a bit and Ming just stood there having a really difficult time.

Sun is behaving like a complete child. Why wouldn't she listen to me? And she should be a little tired. Well she did sleep for a really long time.

Ming was interrupted when he heard his name. He saw Sun struggling and without thinking he jumped into the pool. And carried Sun out, she was coughing a lot and shivering. So Ming carried her inside.

He carried her up the stairs and took her to his room. The room was spacious with a large bed and a sofa. It also had a walk-in closet and an attached bathroom. He finally made her stand on her own feet even though she was still really cold.

"There's the bathroom" he said pointing at the door that led to the bathroom. "Go and have a hot bath, I'll have towels and a change of clothes sent to you. Do you think you'll have any problems?" Ming asked and Sun answered with a slight nod of her head.

With that Ming left her alone.
