You Are My Friend After 3 Hours

Chujiu did not ask, she spoke in a confirmation tone.

Bai Xinyu replied with a question, "What do you think I am doing for her?"

Chujiu answered, "You are creating an impression that you have changed and become normal like before or at least trying to get adjusted to your current life."

Bai Xinyu was stunned for a while and smiled lightly, "Are ten year old girls this mature now?"

Chujiu pulled Bai Xinyu's hand and said, "Don't divert."

Bai Xinyu could only nod and say, "Yes, but I am also trying to change. I don't want to live like this either."

Chujiu thought for a while and asked, "Will you be my friend?"

"What!"

Chujiu could see her past self in Bai Xinyu, she is also impressed with her character. Chujiu is good at reading people.

Orphan- this word is always like a needle poking her heart. She could sense that Bai Xinyu's heart is dying slowly, even Bai Xue doesn't seem to have noticed the condition of her sister. 

She can clearly understand the pain of an orphan, though Bai Xinyu still has relatives, her heart doesn't seem to be recognising them.

A heart that no longer feels love is like a brain dead patient. Even though the person might be physically present, their emotions are shut away, unable to connect with the outside world. This isolation, over time, can steal the very life force from them.

Right now, Bai Xinyu is the same and she will slowly pass away after a period of time. That thing that is letting her hangover here is maybe her sisterhood affection. Bai Xue - She is adding life force to Bai Xinyu at the moment so that she can hang on for a while.

Chujiu felt a pang in her heart, she doesn't have sisters and maybe she can develop sisterhood with Bai sisters especially Bai Xinyu.

Bai Xinyu slowly stood up and was about to leave the place but Chujiu caught her hand and dragged her to her already setup tent.

Bai Xinyu felt helpless, "Little Girl, I will only bring bad luck to you... I am not someone whom you can befriend. What use will you get if you associate with me. I am Bai Young miss only in name."

Chujiu looked up to Bai Xinyu who is at least a head taller than her and asked, "Do you think I need to make friends to build my connections?"

"For me relationships are precious, I have decided that you are my friend. Its upto you if you don't want to be my friend, you don't need to accept me as a friend for another 3 hours. But after that you are my friend even if you don't want to accept me as one."

"What?"

'After 3 hours she is her friend even if she doesn't want to. '

"Why 3 hours?"

Chujiu smirked, "Because you will be unconscious for these 3 hours." 

With that sentence, she has already hit Bai Xinyu's sleep acupuncture point making her fall down instantly. Of course she caught Xinyu before she could hit the ground.

Then Chujiu put her on the bed and slowly took off her outer clothes and checked her body for any injuries. 

There are several injuries but nothing serious. She applied medicine and fed her a pill. 

After that Chujiu covered Bai Xinyu tightly and left the tent. When she came out of the tent, she saw Bai Xue looking at her with a smile. Beside her stood Ye Yuan.

Both of them approached Chujiu and Bai Xue held her both hands and said, "Thank you little girl. How is my sister doing now? Can I call you little jiu as well?"

Chujiu nodded and said, "She is doing fine, you don't need to thank me, Xinyu is my friend and its my responsibility to take care of her."

Both are surprised and Ye Yuan could not help but ask, "When did you two become friends?"

Chujiu answered with a care free smile, "After 3 hours" and she told them about her conversation.

Both of their lips twitched. 

Curiously Bai Xue asked, "What if she won't accept you?"

Chujiu smirked, "She doesn't need to accept now, but within no time, by hook or by crook I will eventually make her fall for me."

Bai Xue is amused by her, "Ohhh how are you going to make her fall for you?"

Ye Yuan: 'why does it sound weird'

Chujiu winked and said,"I have my methods. When you adults are wasting time with useless banquets and parties, I was diligently studying novels. They teach a lot of life skills, through them I have learned how to impress girls and make them fall for me."

Ye Yuan said, "Shouldn't you say 'reading' novels instead of 'studying' novels?"

Both Bai Xue and Chujiu looked at him as if looking at an idiot.

Why is he focusing on a useless point.

Chujiu could not help but say, "No wonder you hurt Xinyu, you don't have a brain. If you had it, you would have handled things between you and Xinyu in a better way."

"Xinyu is not an unreasonable person, she would have understood and given you both her blessings earlier itself without getting herself hurt."

"But you messed up and made her a walking ghost. Her parents instilled thoughts of marriage in her mind and she has grown up with those thoughts. When she is in depression, you showed up and made her misunderstand your feelings for her."

"Even so, you could have explained her slowly and made her understand. You should not have blatantly reject her in front of every one and Bai family shouldn't have reminded her that she is an orphan."

"Both things happened at the same time in front of everyone. She is a young girl without parents and she has just come out of a trauma. How can you all hurt her like that?"

"No body has spoken up for her right?"

"She might have felt like she lost her entire family, relatives and love on the same day. Can you imagine what she has gone through?"
