The Announcement

With a resolute expression, Grandfather Lin made a crucial decision. "Little Jiu," he began, choosing his words with care, "we must keep this information a secret at least until you become strong enough to protect yourself."

Chujiu understood his concerns and she also admit that they have to be cautious. Though she wanted to flaunt her greatness, she is still a reasonable and sensible person.

Chujiu nodded, "I understand, Grandfather. What should we tell the family and the outside world?"

Grandfather Lin smiled, appreciating Chujiu's maturity and understanding. "We will announce that you possess a Dual-Element Spiritual Root, focusing on your Fire and Wind attributes. This will still be perceived as a significant strength within the current dynasty, and the Lin family will allocate additional resources to nurture your cultivation."

"We will announce it after a few days."

A buzz of excitement filled the main room of the Lin family mansion. Everyone, from family members to the most trusted servants, had gathered at Grandpa Lin's order.

All the Lin family members including all young masters, elders, core disciples and main servants are present in the hall.

Lin Jianhong stood at the front of the room, everyone quieting down to listen. He took a deep breath and announced, "I've called you all here today to share some exciting news about our Little Jiu, the Lin family heiress!"

Curious murmurs rippled through the room as everyone turned to look at Chujiu. Standing next to her grandfather, she kept her face calm.

A wave of surprise and cheers ran through the room.

To put it in perspective, 70% of individuals in the continent possess a Single-Element Spiritual Root, while only about 25% have Dual-Element Spiritual Roots. A mere 5% are graced with the elusive Triple-Element Spiritual Root.

Words of admiration and envy circulated among the outsiders when they speak about Lin family. The Lin family's prominence within the cultivation world had already soared to new heights.

Chujiu's brothers have 5 element spiritual roots which is unknown in the entire continent. But upon discussion in the family, they have concealed the truth and announced that the 3 sons have dual element spiritual roots.

The rest of the younger generation are also triple element spiritual roots like their fathers' but in order to stay low key, it was announced to the outside world that they are dual element roots too.

Even so, they are far more powerful than the rest of the aristocrat and military families.

All these families and forces have one or two triple and less than ten dual element spirit root cultivators but Lin family has 8 triple and 26 dual element spiritual root cultivators.
