During this past year, Baron made a name for himself as "The Thirsty Wolf". The people who have witnessed Baron in battle gave him that weird name. It was said that during the conquest of the north near York, he killed a hundred elite guards that were patrolling the wheat farm during nighttime. The ones who witnessed the massacre were the villagers, thus beginning Baron fame.

Old Herald was noble in fact an ArchDuke and pretty much wealthy and famous through the Kingdom of Britania. He rose to power by giving the King his friend a hand during the conquest of the west. Unfortunately due to his old age and his wife being assassinated, he couldn't produce an heir of his own.

Baron because famous because of how talented and skilled he is through combat and battle. When he was 14 he defeated a grown knight in a duel, in which he did struggle a bit, but beating a grown knight while being a 14 years old kid is unheard off.

Baron of course participated in a lot of conquests, battles, raids, wars, and duels while being a teenager. He was feared in the battle to an extent that during a siege of a small castle, the knights of the opposing kingdom saw Baron easily killing their own they just surrendered without their king's order.

Thus countless battles, wars, and conquest paid off. Baron was given the rank of Duke, Land of his own, and a manor. He became the Duke of Oxford.

Baron's Manor

"Son I just turned 52 years old this year. I need to my grandson," Old Herald said while looking at Baron with a straight and serious face.

Baron looked at his father and slowly took a sip from his tea. "Father, I have no interest in looking for a wife, I only desire to fight, be on battle----" Before Baron could finish what his saying he was interrupted by Old Herald.

"Have you gone mad??!! Are the countless battles that you've experienced not enough? and normally at age of yours 18 people already married to someone," Old Herald said.

"After we finish defeating and uniting the kingdoms of this land, maybe then I'll think about getting married," Baron said.

"Do you think I am a fool? I know after defeating the other kingdoms in this land. You'll go to another land to conquer," Old Herald said.

"How'd you know about that?!" Baron said.

"You damn brat! Anyway, your fiance will be arriving tonight," Old Herald said while standing.

Baron looked confused and puzzled. "Fiance!!????" Baron shouted as he also stood up.

"Well me and Old Edward come to a deal that our own son and daughter should marry each other," Old Herald said.

Old Edward is the current King of Britania.

"Princess Andrea?" Baron said.

Princess Andrea is the second child of the King and the only princess. Both are the same age. Princess Andrea is known for her beauty throughout the kingdom and is adored by million of men and women. She is also gifted with magic.

Magic only occurs to nobles. It is extremely rare.

Baron and Princess Andrea didn't even meet each other once.

"Yes, now I will take my leave," Old Herald said as he walked off while Baron sat down on his chair looking at the pond of fish looking like a stoned dead.
