Chapter 3: Training Arc Part 1

I have started training under the guidance of Hawk and Tiger after unlocking my chakra. Our training began with a simple leaf-sticking exercise, but it has been much harder than I expected. I couldn't help feeling envious of how quickly the other clanheads' children mastered the task. My control was terrible, and my chakra was like a wild, untamed whirlpool.

As I struggled, I noticed passersby eavesdropping and watching me with delight. Like in the original timeline, they wanted the Kyuubi demon fox brat to fail and hoped I would quit being a ninja. They wanted me gone so that their talentless kids wouldn't have to compete with me, and so I wouldn't corrupt them. "Bastards," I muttered under my breath. Hawk sees my frustration before approaching the villagers and flaring some of his chakra to intimidate them. 

I sighed, feeling tired, but knew I needed to control my chakra. Seeing me push myself too hard, Hawk voiced his concerns. "Young master, I think that's enough training for today. The sun is starting to set. You've made a lot of progress during your first month." Announced Hawk. "I'm not happy about this. I need to be able to control my chakra naturally and subconsciously. If I don't find a more efficient way, I might have trouble graduating. Similar to Naruto, this is due to my Uzumaki genes and being the Kyuubi Jinchuriki. Even when I do have control eventually, I know that chakra exercise will be crucial in my shinobi life. As I was about to head home, a Root Anbu suddenly appeared before me. Hawk quickly grabbed a kunai from his pouch, but I didn't want to cause any trouble. I asked the Root Anbu to explain why they were there. The Anbu said..."We mean no ill intent. Master Seikei, Lord Danzo would like to speak with you over dinner. Meet him at his estate in an hour, said the Root Anbu before vanishing into the shadows.

Hawk turned to Seikai and expressed his apprehension. "Master Seikai, I don't think it is wise to involve yourself with Lord Danzo", Hawk voiced his opinion. Seikai understood Hawks' worries. Danzo was a quiet man, only voicing his concerns about the village's growth and safety. He would sacrifice innocent lives, viewing nations and alliances as stepping stones for Konoha's success. It's ironic how one's desires can twist a noble dream, as was the case with Danzo, and his obsession with Konoha. 

It is inappropriate to label Danzo as a villain. He represents the intricate and complicated nature of human beings and our self-centered desires. What may seem right to one individual may be perceived as wrong by another. This is why societies and governments are established, to ensure that there is a system in place that works for everyone. However, there are always those who attempt to manipulate the system to suit their agenda, and Danzo Shimura was one of those individuals. Following the third great Ninja War, Danzo was firm in his belief that the children in the Academy should undergo more rigorous training so that they would be better equipped to battle on the front lines. Though Danzo viewed the village's Shinobi as mere tools, he was not foolish and understood their value. He recognized that individuals such as Jiraya, Tsunade, Orochimaru, Minato, Kakashi, Kushina, Shisui, and Itachi were valuable assets and deserved to be treated differently.

Danzo believed that Seikai was a valuable asset and he was determined to convince him to join his cause. He saw Seikai as the key to his success, and he was willing to do whatever it took to make him a part of his team. In Danzo's view, Seikai was the forbidden fruit, an ultimate prize that he was willing to obtain at any cost. Nobody, not even Lord Third Hokage Hiruzen, could stop him.

Seikai realized that he couldn't ignore Danzo's words. He thought it would be wise to get closer to him. If Seikai could befriend or falsely pledge allegiance to the old WarHawk, he could not only receive special training from him but also discover his true motives. "Hey, Hawk. We are on our way back home to prepare for the banquet. it would be impolite if I didn't stop by to say hello to Danzo-Sama. Besides, if I rudely decline his invitation, Granny Koharu will scold me," Seikai explained with a warm smile on his face.

Seikai was adopted by Koharu Utatana who, unlike her former comrades, decided to take on the role of Seikai's parental figure with the help of her daughter and husband.

The parents of Moegi were Yazuha Kazamatsuri and Seiga Kazamatsuri. Yazuha chose not to follow the path of Shinobi and was a civilian. On the other hand, Seiga belonged to an unknown clan in the Lightning Village that broke ties due to political power. Not much is known about him, and Seikai has never seen him before. Yazuha was the daughter of Koharu, thus making me her adopted brother. During the third great Ninja War, Mr. Utatana, a skilled Ninja known for his fire ninjutsu, fought fiercely and defeated the Suna nin with ease. Unfortunately, he lost his life in the battle.

Hawk nodded his head before placing his right hand on my right shoulder, and body flickering back to my home.

Time Skip an hour later

Seikai chose to wear a modern standard outfit instead of a traditional kimono. He was dressed in a long-sleeve button-up shirt, black dress shorts, long black dress socks, and western shoes. He was standing in front of Danzo's estate. Initially, Koharu was planning to accompany him, but due to the council's decision to discuss Seikai's enrollment in the Sinnobi academy, she couldn't tag along.

In a flash, Danzo Elite Anbu appeared next to Seikai. Unlike other timelines, in this route, the Danzo Anbu's military power was reduced, and they were integrated back into the normal Shinobi program. Some of these Shinobi were orphans, some were loyal to the Danzo cause, and some were Shinobi from different villages, reprogrammed to fight. As a result, some of them had to be rehabilitated back into the village.

Approaching him was a woman with black flowing hair, she was wearing a leopard mask. What made her stand out was her pink pupilless eyes. " I assume that you're master Seikai," said the woman in lifelessly.

Seikai nodded his head before replying. "Yes, I'm Seikai Uzumaki! It's a pleasure to meet you miss! Said Seikai while bowing his head.

"The pleasure is my Young Master and please do not bow to me. I'm just a pawn, a simple tool that can be disposed of. I'm not worthy to be in your presence," Seikai frowned as he heard the lifeless soldier's words. Danzo had twisted and warped his Ninja's minds to the point where they lacked any emotions, making them seem like zombies. It was disturbing to think that Danzo could command them to do anything, even take their own lives, and they would obey without hesitation. 'Hawk was right; they lack all emotion, humanity, and sense of self,' thought Seikai.

"Young master? Are you all right? Please hurry. Master Danzo is very excited to see you, said the Leopard Anbu before gesturing for Seikai to follow her. Nodding his head, Seikai was shown to the dining room

Danzo's mansion was a traditional Japanese-style home situated on a whole acre of land, away from the outskirts of the village. The house was so big that it could have accommodated the majority of the Uchiha clan. It was appalling to see an entire clan being segregated just because of one man's actions, especially when that man wanted to see the downfall of his own clan. The word "peace" is often used by many, but few understand its true value.

Upon finally arriving at the dining hall, Seikai came to a stop as he caught sight of the criminal in person.

"Greetings, Seikai."
