Trapped
At midnight, five men in black with masks hold either AK-47s, Rifles, or Shotguns. They move closer to Leila's house with their knees bent and their guns ready to fire. Their eyes dart to different corners of the large landmass.
The entire land mass was dark, with not a single light in place. They did not bring any torches either to avoid attracting Leila out of her house, so they went with night vision glasses.
Some metres away from Leila's house, the same spot the drone was unable to get past, they halt. The men exchange knowing glances at themselves. One of the men, the leader of the group, gestures with his head for them to move further.
Just as predicted, they cannot pass that point. Four of the men, glance at their leader, who nods. They step back, and their leader moves forward, standing before them.
