Once the car stopped before the red carpet, Leila's eyes went to the entrance through the window. She purposefully came late to the event, though not too late.

The arrival of guests was meant to happen from eight o'clock to nine o'clock, meaning the event officially began at nine o'clock.

She did not want to draw attention to herself. She planned to go in without much attention as all would be seated and paying attention to what was happening before them while she sat somewhere at the back.

It was not like she cared about being here. She was here because Mr Marvin asked her to. Left for her, she would be in City Zee sipping her tea before heading to bed.

And she definitely would not be scared that someone might track or make her madness resurface in front of everyone.

Staring out the window, she spotted the various paparazzi and entertainment industry photographers that were so many that it was hard to count.
