Difficult Isn't Impossible

As Eric parked the car in the compound, Prisca stepped outside of her apartment to welcome them, and then she paused when she noticed Kimberly's red eyes, "What's wrong? Why were you crying?" She asked with a worried frown as she glanced at Eric and then back at Kimberly. 

"There was a little incident at the club. She needs to rest now, you both can talk in the morning." Eric suggested as he placed his arm around Kimberly and led her inside. 

"Is there something I can do to help?" Prisca asked from behind. 

"Don't worry, I'll take care of her, just get some rest. I'm sure you're tired after a stressful day at work. Good night." Eric called back to her as he shut the door behind them. 

He led her to the couch and helped her sit down, but Kimberly lay down and folded herself like a foetus instead, so Eric bent down and helped her take off her boots.
