What was she supposed to do now? Ella wondered as she got into her car. She had a worried frown on her face as she dialed Ken's number. She waited for him to take the call, and when he didn't after two more try, she decided that going over to his place as Pete had suggested was the next reasonable move, so she turned on her car's ignition and drove off. 

"You had better be seriously ill or dying because I'm going to be very mad if you are deliberately ignoring my calls." Ella murmured as she drove.

She considered calling Tracy to inform her about the change in movement, but decided against that knowing that Tracy would insist she don't go there and just allow the bastard to die in peace. Tracy had no chill whatsoever.
